When we first arrived at the counter the representative was a bit on the rude side - didn’t tell us what floor we were in or where the elevator was and had an attitude with us the entire time. Other than that the cleaning ladies were nice and provided assistance when needed (props to them). Overall quite area surrounded with coffee/food/and gas.

The whole night I heard neighbors from all sides talking, walking, playing music, etc. The walls are paper thin and the beds were incredibly small.

Sheets were stained, and when we asked for new ones those smelled fine but were also stained. Staff all looked over it and unhappy to be there. There’s convenient eating spots near the hotel and it’s located in an area that makes it easy to get to various locations quickly. Hotel breakfast was pretty good and easy to get to. It was an average stay overall, nothing really stood out.

No communication about the elevator being broken, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a 12 month old baby, and the girl that check us in didnt really care about it. She just check us in and starr helping another customer

Property was clean and room had microwave which was needed. Not happy that we returned and room was clean except for the bed was not made, dirty linens left on bed. Then note from housekeeping was "personal item left", it was just a pillow NOT a reason to NOT change the linens.

Get place for an overnight or for an extended stay. Typical rooms... Pretty clean as expected. Nothing too unique. The bed was comfy and they gave an overabundance of pillows.

Very nice building and facilities. Room was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was lackluster. We had little sugar ants all over the jetted tub and on the ceiling. I mentioned it to the front staff and she said someone would be up to take care of it (spray or something). But we came back that night and still had ants on the ceiling and found one in the bed. Plus, they were still running around the tub. We could tell someone had been in there, but they did not do a great job clearing up the ants.
