Pros: Good Staff
Location: Planet fitness, various restaurants, right off the freeway.
Convenient location for me and a nice staff, but the place is not very nice and the clientele was unappealing. I'd stay there again, but I would not recommend to my friends.

Awful

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Service and the staff not yelling at individual.
Location: Nothing else to say.
Person at desk was very rude, I paid for the room and the person had their ID to get the room that I put on the room. I was very disappointed, paid fora room and wasn’t available to use the room. So I spent $80 on a room my friend couldn’t even use, because the wind blew out her windows that even and her kids had to be in the cold.

Stayed during Escape 2017

The guy who checked us in was really nice the only reason I give 4 stars is because we had to wait for our room but everything else was great. I would stay here again!

Cheap cheap cheap

People were very loud and no consideration and there laundry accomidations wete way to exspensive and so was there prices on there towels and laundry soap ridiculous

Nice room, but overpriced for the area. The soda machine was broken and the maid didn't clean the coffee pot.

Worst near experience ever

Cons: EVERYTHING
Location: San Manuel Casino
Upon arrival we noticed several shady fellows trading $$$$ for little white plastic bags, no sooner about 10 police cars arrived arresting several individuals, this happened in the hotel, the lobby and the hallways were very dirty and with a fouls smell, we decided to see the room and as soon as we opened the door about 3 roaches ran for their lives, so between the drug dealings, the dirty and foul smell, and the roaches running around in the room was enough to say HECK NO WE ARE OUT OF HERE. Also the manager offered no excuses, instead he insulted us by saying that we were liars about the all the issues we encountered, and simply said that's the way it is

Okay hotel

I was okay. Nothing special. The room was clean. The Front desk person was great, she made the stay better. The pool needed cleaning, dirt and some paper in it.

Not great.

We just needed a crash pad before heading up the mountain but the location was terrible - loud, not particularly safe. We got a few hours of needed sleep and high tailed it out of there. Kids liked being so close to a McDonalds - silver lining I guess.
