Not so decent.

VERY thin walls. Hard as rock pillows. If you want iron & board you will have to swap for your driver's license & pick it up yourself. All other amenities decent. Stay not worth the price.

Close and convenient to Kaiser

Price quoted by registrar desk clerk was totally different than what I was told at the beginning

easy yo get to from frwy, LOTS of food choises clean nice & friendly.

People at the front office were very professional. Our room was really clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

my expirence was not good because i booking for feb 4 but i didnt get there on feb 5 around 8 am and it was for one day but the check out was at 11, i just need the room for a couple hours in the morning and the staff at the hotel they cancel my reservation with out notice me and the worst thing is that they charge me for a full nite stay, and i have to paid double

We typically hold a room for reservations until next day 7:00 a.m. unless the guest calls to let us know of their arrival time. We could not re-rent the room you checked into till the next day, which is why you were charged a full rate. Bad Bad weekend

Cons: the atention when I arrived check in it's to meny peoples workers don't let me hie what the atendent ses they asking 50.00dollars deposit for what
Location: location it's good many thing to do around
that's so bad when I get the room and use the toilete it's not work I call to front desk on my check out -check-out its at 11:00am at 10:00 they inavilited my key I was out-side with heavy bags and purchases and iI cant use the closes dor to get-in

Clean room to stay in

Pros: convenient location
Cons: towels number of pillows real glasses instead of plastic coffee pot in room carpeting or throw rugs
Location: visit family hospitalized in Fontana
Meeting at Kaiser Fontana. Convenient location - across the street from the hospital.

Tough area

Was surprised when I walked in the attendant was behind glass. Did not give me a good feeling
