Never Ever Stay Here

When I arrived in my room, the bathroom light turned on and off on its own, would not stay on. The bathtub was really dirty, the TV reception sucked, the shower curtain rod was hanging out of the wall and barely holding up. This was just the first night, wait it gets better. When I asked for the manager who didn’t show up to work on time, to call me, that never happened. No one addressed the issues. I went to a concert to return around 1:30 am to find out my keys didn’t work for my room anymore. When I went to the desk, I was told I was checked out. Which I was not. In fact I still had stuff in my room. Which I no longer own because I was told they had no idea where it had gone. Was told I was credited, but I have not seen any credits at all! So they sold me another room which was also very dirty, someone dirty towel was in the closet, the bathtub was dirty again, and no quilt on the bed. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The staff at the front desk was very rude and did nothing to solve any problems. And still to this point, no one has addressed they problems. Not a happy traveler!

Awful experience

Very dirty. Foul odor. TV didn't work. They took out the iron, fridge and coffee maker and only made them available upon request. Horrible customer service.

Booked a room that was supposed to have 2 king beds but received one with 2 full beds

Disgusting

Stayed at another hotel...rude 'deskgirl'...dry empty pool...filthy lobby bathroom .... didn't even want to experience the hotel room!

Avoid this hotel at all cost!!!!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Razed to the ground and rebuilt.
This hotel is awful. We checked into our room and found the AC not working properly and making a lot of noise. We stayed awhile to see if the room started to get cooler. It did not. I called the front desk to see what could be done and was told to come and get a key for a different room. The AC in this room was not much better, but we were tired and decided to just deal with it. The bathroom was filthy. The wallpaper was peeling off and full of mildew. The baseboards were coming loose and there were baby cockroaches running around. I have never encountered a hotel room with cockroaches before. Disgusting!! The bathroom sink was stained with rust and just looked dirty. The next morning we came downstairs to take advantage of the free coffee and found it to be ice cold. Disappointing! I would never stay at this hotel again until it undergoes a full renovation and I would advise anyway against staying here. A friend of mine stayed in a room next to our first room and he told me he had ants crawling all over his sink. I hope this review helps someone decide to not book this hotel. Thank you.

Misleading advertisement

What drew me to this hotel was the pool and breakfast. There was no breakfast and the pool was empty and they don't plan on filling it any time soon. The staff were friendly but we definitely didn't get what we payed for. The bathrooms were old too

Hotel condition

Hotel is very old except lobby. Pool was green. Carpet dirty. Staff never smile or say hi.

No hot water the first night, wouldn't bring us new clean towels, online said free continental breakfast but there wasn't any. The elevators were sketchy and the staff wasn't very friendly. Do not recommend especially for the price!!
