The hotel was nice and clean, but if you are looking to be in the center of Madrid, it is a little bit far. Its convenient because it is close to the airport. The staff is very and helpful. Overall, I would recommend it.

Airport shuttle was overbooked, we had to take it one hour earlier. They have two shuttles, but only one driver in the morning

Very convenient to airport, nice, large rooms. Shuttle service excellent. Property a little tired, could do with new carpets etc., and maybe better sound proofing. The noise from a truck backing up woke us up before 6 AM. Best to make shuttle arrangement to airport when you book hotel - it was already pretty fully booked for next AM when we checked in and tried to plan for ride to airport for next morning.

The staff were quick to have our room sorted out. Conveniently located to the airport.

It worth to be in this hotel, i recomend to visit this hotel , because it was everthing clean and also the staf service too, i like to go there next time

It was nice and close to the airport, and a great free shuttle service. Also a great breakfast
