Rude staff , don’t eat at the poor restaurant,

Location: Nothing around , at least 15 minute drive to normal lfe
Arrived on time at the airport to find minibus had left without us, although we landed at 950am , 10 minutes early

This services has scheduled times, and we only can wait 5 minutes for the passengers. Maybe you landed early but arrived to the bus stop a little bit late, for that reason the minibus wasn't there. At 5 minutes walking from the hotel there are several bars and restaurants. For go to the city center, there is a bus next to the hotel that takes 30 minutes to arrive down town. Nice and Clean. Far from Airport.

I booked this Hotel because the Meliía Barajas was not available, whic has a convenient shutel Airport service. This hotel although advertises a shutel service is very limited or do no exist if it comes already full from the other Silken Hotel. Good luck! The staff strait to the point yes or no Robot like. Congratulations to the Suthel driver the only nice and kind that truly went above and beyond. This hotel is really but four Stars! “ I don’ Think so!

Great hotel with all the confort

Very nice hotel with all the confort that you expect. I have been upgraded to an amazing suite, so it was wonderful. I will definitively come back again to this hotel.

Great place to stay in Rome

According to internet, room size was very small, but in reality it was very big. Good location, good service.

Best hotel in Madrid, hands down.

Fantastic room (second time we've stayed there), and probably the best hotel breakfast in the world. Only limiting thing is that the restaurant and cafe only open at 8pm for dinner, but otherwise, magnificent!

convenient for proximity to airport

Cons: air con noisy---it is a fairly old system
Good hotel for 1 night stay near the airport BUT the they do not advertise the shuttle service is subject to booking, so when we checked in (around 3 pm) and asked if we could use it the following morning, it was fully booked.
