Staff treated everyone like family Staff went out of their way to help and made sure all your needs were met! Everyone in Cusco went through top knotch hospitality training!!!

We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom but something had happened and rhey accommodated us different which is ok. However, the room we stayed at smelled like something had died. We opened up the windows and that helped some but I have no idea what that smell was.

Excellent Stay in Cusco ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Hotel Cusco La Paccha, Affiliated by Meliá. From the moment we arrived, the service and customer care were outstanding. The staff were welcoming, attentive and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the food was excellent. After long days exploring Cusco and the surrounding attractions, it was always nice to return to a clean and comfortable hotel where we felt well taken care of. What stood out most for us was the level of service. The staff genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco. Excellent service, great food, cleanliness and genuine hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

Todo estaba perfecto hasta q se me cayo un arete y tuve q buscarlo debajo de la cama. Habia polvo y sucio acumulado de muuuuuucho tiempo! De no haber visto bajo la cama, le hubiera dado 5 estrellas
