Pros: close to airport
easy check in and friendly staff. used hotel 1 night room was clean.

I would stay here again Really close to airport My room was right by busy road (a little loud) but Good!

There are two Comfort Inns next to the San Francisco airport, and despite being on the phone with the front desk while I was in SFO, they did not tell me about this. So I accidentally got on the wrong shuttle and arrived at the wrong hotel. Besides that, my stay was fine enough. It's not the shiniest hotel, but for someone who just needed a place to sleep for an overnight layover, it satisfied my needs.

Terrible service. Do not stay here.

I had called to advise the front desk of a late check in, as my flight did not arrive until after midnight. When I arrived at the hotel, around 1am, and went to my room, it had not been serviced. Bed sheets and used towels everywhere, garbage had not been emptied. By the time the front desk dealt with this I got to be after 1:30am. The hotel is located near the airport, but I didn't realize that the planes still landed in the middle of the night. Was woken up with every flight passing over the hotel. Terrible place. Do not stay here.

Great hotel by the airport.

I would highly recommend as a wonderful find by the SF airport. Easy access and the complimentary breakfast was fabulous!
