Guest Access:

Full access to private condo, garage, and balcony.

The garage provides parking for one car. If necessary, a second car can be parked parallel on the street in front of the garage or on the street in the neighborhood. We provide a map showing all of the safe overnight street parking spots.



The Neighborhood:

Located in San Clemente's famous pier bowl. Just a 2-minute walk to the sand and pier. The area near the pier offers everything you might need, including restaurants, convenience stores, great coffee, and delicious treats. Alternatively, you can walk down the street to explore the beautiful beaches, the pier, a beach running trail, and seaside parks. If you prefer to stay in the condo, you can enjoy a relaxing day with a gentle ocean breeze and peaceful evenings watching stunning sunsets.



Getting Around:

San Clemente is a walking village; you can walk to almost anything from this location. You can also catch the free San Clemente hop-on hop-off trolley from here, which will take you up the hill to Avenida Del Mar, where you can enjoy a variety of boutique shops, several world-class restaurants, a cozy wine and cheese bar, a local playhouse, a retro candy store, and a farmer's market every Sunday morning. This village is just a 10-minute walk without the trolley



Other Things to Note:

- Strict quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- We allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with prior approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet. San Clemente is a pet-friendly area!

- The unit is limited to 8 guests (6 if all adults). For each additional guest beyond five, there will be a charge of $25 per person per night

- This condo has another condo above but the condo above is vacant 95% of the time. The condo is very quiet, and we have never had any guests complain about noise. Thanks



Interaction with Guests:

Self-check-in. Complete privacy but we are just around the corner if you need us
