Really great hotel. Lots of bars and restaurants around but only one was open late. The pier is a quick 15 minute walk. The only problems we had were that our key card only worked about half the time, the condition of the building was run down, and there were stains and holes in the bedding.

The price was cheap which was helpful for this trip. The on site staff was not available at all times. No room service to clean. Lots of weekly customers that seem to live there and are dealing with serious challenges in their lives. The night security guard was a plus. Again it is the cheapest place to stay.

The hotel is run down, extremely dirty, and loud all night long. Seems more like a half way house with alcohol included. Highly recommend to not stay there.

This is by far the worst property I've ever stayed in. Water damage everywhere from leaking shower, 1/2 inch of standing water covering half the bathroom floor, broken thermostat, missing smoke alarm, no hand towels or wash cloths, no soap of any kind, full size mattress on queen size box spring, mismatched sheets, holes in bed spread...the list goes on. We got "upgraded" to another room, which was better but still sorely lacking. Just gross.

The pictures do not show the true problems with this place. it seemed like a rental motel. women staying next to car camping drunk girl in office scaring us and management tell us to stop talking in patio way before quiet time. not enough amenities even thought they knew there was 4 of us staying in the room sticky floors. I just felt like if something was going to happen and could not sleep peacefully. I just glad there was a security there but don't know for how long as we left at 8am and he was no where to be seen. We ended up checking into a different hotel. I don't recommend anyone staying there
