Thanks for sharing your experiences. The heater in the room has a button that says "sleep". That mode is a 20 minute timer for it to turn off. If you don't push that button, the heater will stay on at all times. The same thing to the heating lamp in the bathroom. We have a light switch for the main lights, but you can also turn on the heating lamp that is on a timer. This is found in many hotels for you to use while you are in the shower. All this is user error and no one else seems to have these issues.

Thanks for the detailed review. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our property, and quite surprised by your review. Our rates are also extremely fair compared to the area hotels. You came during a holiday weekend, and naturally the rates will be a bit higher than normal. At no point during your stay did you mention anything, or we would have offered to move you to another room or allowed you to cancel your booking. You elected to stay the second night, leaving us with the understanding that you were enjoying your stay. The mattresses are all newer mattresses, and we generally get very positive comments about them as well.
