The property is spread out and confusing. We had a comfortable nights sleep but could hear other room and outside noise. The room was clean but very dated and failing grout and peeling stucco walls in places are hard to miss.

We love this hotel! It’s a beautiful land mark in old town and is the center of all the great places! There is a lot of outside noise because of the location but they do provide ear plugs which was nice! Love this hotel! Definitely will be back!

Noisy. Kids allowed to run through hall ways. Water Pipes could be heard through walls. Neighbors showers and toilets flushing could be heard through walls Room smelled like wet dog. Housekeeping karts loud in hall ways.

The place is very well maintained given its age. I did not like that elevators are not accessible to every floor. I happened to travel with alot of luggage due to an event we were attending so taking it up the stairs was challenging. No bell boy or carts were offered.

WiFi was out in my room and the front desk did not mention it at check in….we would have chosen another room with wifi…. Needed it for business meetings… when I asked about it all they said was “sorry”. Also bathroom door was off rails and hard to close and open… very bad for this hotel

The hotel has a great location. But the room was not very clean. The light fixture in the bathroom was hanging off and was broken. The room could totally use a facelift. They were doing remodeling upstairs and it was so loud until about 10:30 11 o’clock at night. And then they started working at seven in the morning. TV was super small and the bathroom shower was awful.

The city decied to turn the water off on the last night of our stay. Tried to get a refund but had to go through Expedia to get it. Expedia has no phone number in any of its sites so ened up with no refund and did not stay tbe last night. Never will use Expedia again.

I enjoyed how close it was to old town. Very convenient. Rooms were clean. The rooms do need an update. We ate breakfast at the on-site restaurant I don’t recommend this place at all. They didn’t allow us to sit on the patio to enjoy the view and the food was really bad. I would recommend walking to one of the near by restaurants in the area.
