Everything was great. Only little thing was that room service did not bring condiments and utensils and food was like warm. Staff was polite, restaurant was excellent and the amenities were nice. Clean and amazing sunset views

What an awesome week at Cape Rey! I reserved the room through Expedia, and didn’t know where my room would be. I was offered a reasonable upgrade to an ocean view balcony room, which my family absolutely loved. The grounds are beautiful, area seemed very safe. Hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly, Great experience!

My family planned a last-minute staycation and we feel so fortunate to have found this gem of a resort. Our senior dog travels everywhere with us and finding a location that welcomes her isn't always easy. We will come back soon and often.

It's a charming property that could use a refresh in a few areas, notably some of the infrastructure--screens, vanity, electrical outlets--and less nickel and diming b.c $40/day to valet a car plus $35/day resort fee is ridiculous even if one had the means to pay, but particularly egregious when the pool is closed for maintenance.
Five stars to the spa staff who are excellent. Treatments are thoughtful and therapists are top tier. The spa is definitely something to enjoy.
Onsite restaurant is solid and the staff are well trained and attentive.

Nice hotel with some interesting amenities. There is a hotel robot that delivers small items to your room. Heated pool was nice with lots of lounging options.

The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed and valued. They exceeded my expectations with their hospitality and follow through on their commitments. Michael has exceptional customer service and was very polite, professional and attentive. The manager Bob was the same way. We had the opportunity to engage with several employees and the experience was amazing all the way around. When I think of a Hilton property this is exactly what comes to mind. We will definitely be back!

Location is great if you are visiting Legoland. Also staff at reception, Jeanine, was awesome! Restaurant food is pretty good although menu is quite limited especially if you staying for more than few days. Only thing I would have liked not being charged for parking considering location of the hotel not in a busy area.

It was lackluster at best. The front desk told me the room would have a soaking tub when I checked in, it did not. So that kinda was set up as disappointing. The staff was generally friendly. There were a lot of sudden financial surprises that I was thankful I prepared for just in case. But the communication around what is charged initially is severely lacking. A $400 deposit, a $30 a night ($150) parking fee AND a daily $35 ($180) "resort fee" are all pretty large sums if you're unprepared for them. The restaurant here is very good I will say. The staff is even tempered and attentive and breakfast was delicious each morning.

We stayed at this resort for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good nothing fancy.the pool was clean and the grounds were well kept and the view from our balcony was spectacular.

This is our first stay at this property. It is exactly what it advertised its self to be. The check-in was easy and quick, the room large and comfortable, and check-out easy. The only complaint I can find is that the windows were quite dirty.

The spa is wonderful, the short walk to the beach is really great. The concierge and restaurant staff is not very friendly. They charge you for parking on top of the resort fees which is annoying.

Had a corner room with balcony overlooking the ocean, it was a wonderful getaway! Sunset views were unobstructed and magnificent. Chandler restaurant was very good, had breakfast and lunch there, my only complaint is no room service for breakfast..
