Likes: Hotel was located near the highways and a lot of amenities were closet by (restaurants, grocery and department stores, etc.). Everything was fairly sufficient. Rooms were quite large. Easy to check in. On-site cafe which had a few things in stock in addition to drinks and snacks one may need. Lobby was welcoming and updated. Dislikes: As mentioned in previous posts the do seem to charge for everything, even the 2 bottles of water that appear complimentary ($4.25 USD). The area around the hotel seems a bit sketchy, so much so that it we didn't feel safe walking 10 mins to Fashion Valley Mall but that is subjective. Parking is $37 USD a day which seems on the high end but we knew that prior to booking.

The customer service was great. There was an odd smell when you first walk in. My bedding should have not been used, the duvet was lumpy where the filling was balled up. They did provide another blanket. The bed wasn't very comfortable 😕 my overall stay was ok. I will probably not chose this hotel for a future stay.

The manager, Nepolian was very rude to us, making faces and talking about us to other staff members while we were in the vicinity. There was a much better way to handle the situation.

I dont like to say this is my first time i had a bad experience with this hotel. First of all, take more time to check-in. Secondly, the gave me queen Room not king Room, when I picked up the from the website was king Room not queen, and no one helped me with it. Can you please guys find out and let me know what I should do next time. Third, they change me same price of king Room and this is not right. Thank you

Good location with easy access to 163 and major freeways. One of the nicer gyms for a hotel. Parking at $35 a night is a bit ridiculous since there are no other realistic options in that area.

This was a average hotel. There is a smell to it as people state. The parking is 38.00! So make sure to add that to your price. Its a little to pricey. The staff as great!! Pools are clean.

Cement beds but ehh ok stay
Honestly it was eh ok for a place to stay and shower but the issue for me was it was really pricey for lil to no comfort. The beds were hard as heck and i just really didn’t like that. To be a big name like the hilton i would expect more comfortable beds thats why i bought the room there. Other than that the check in and out was smooth even gave me a cookie LOL. Parking was convenient and easy for 36 dollars a day.

We love this hotel and it’s dog friendly! However this time we rented the suite and the couch bed was not made nor did it have linens. The security guy brought it up but we had to make the bed. Also many ping pong balls under the bed because the room had the perfect conference table…for beer pong.
