Stained carpets and paint in shower was peeling of

We booked this as a last resort for work. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights.. price is fair but the place looks rundown on the outside and inside. There were stains on the carpet throughout the room and the room smelled all musky and dirty. .. the service wasn't bad but if you could find somewhere else to stay that's better.. You should just do that

Deception

Deception they gave me Different room , Bath tub dirty ,the sheets look like they never been change, they cut the water when iwas in the shower .and the principal light in the room doesnt work, room was really disgusting.i had a bad experience and Iwill never never go back ....

Bad choice

I will definitely never stay at this hotel again. The majority of the staff that I interacted with acted as though I was interrupting their ability to just sit behind the counter and relax. I killed some roaches while I was there. The worst event occurred when the air conditioner cover fell off and it was filthy inside. I took pictures because it was that bad. Requested a maintenance person, they said he wouldn't be there until the next day, when I called the next day they said he called out. I was offered a different room but I had the feeling that the AC would have just been as filthy so I didn't move. Anither issue was the placement of the room. It is situated next to laundry machines, ice machine, and the entrance where they do the Linens for the hotel. All that to say that it was constantly noisy. The other thing that was difficult was the towel situation. The towels weren't of good quality but the most annoying thing was they were very strict about how many you got. I asked the cleaning lady for an extra towel, she said no you can only have so many, I said I only had two at that point. I decided to go out and buy my own towels to use for the remainder of my stay. In the shower there was low water pressure and the temp of the water didn't go above lukewarm during my entire stay. I've stayed at different econo lodges before and never had this many problems. It just may be this location.

We are limited service hotel and do not have maintenance staff on duty 24/7, if our guest has any issues we offer them to move to another room after maintenance person is gone. Good for the Price

Pros: Was close to my friend's house, whom I went to visit
Cons: Just needs upgrades, renovate room/bathroom
Location: Shopping, Restaurants, Freeways
Everything was good with the hotel for the price. Only thing I wasn't happy with - I was sick not feeling too well at all, and I asked one of the staff member, a guy if he can just give me a few minutes to feel better so I can leave the hotel room, and he kept knocking on the door every 2 min.This gentleman was Not sensitive at all. After 15 min. of trying to feel better, I left. I do appreciate that he let me stay an extra 15 min. I didn't appreciate the knocking on the door.

Definitely recommend!

My family enjoyed our stay! We stayed about 2 weeks and was treated superb by hotel staff. We hated to leave but I know if ever I wouldn't have to check reviews I know the stay and comfortable beds will draw me back. Also family oriented my kids made friends at the pool our first nite. Maintenance guy was extremely nice also on the grounds keeping up the place pool was cleaned everyday or at least it seemed that way while we stayed this place is underrated and is very enjoyable especially compared to others in the area!

Scared

The staff was nice and professional, but the facility was old and beat up. The hotel should be more sucluded. I felt scared because once i checked in there were homeless people sound the hotel. One came up to me and asked to borrow my cell phone. I will not go back because i felt really uncomfortable, i was worried my vehicle was going to be broken into

The Property was decent at best. Worst Staff EVER!

The worst thing I have ever experienced is dealing with people that believe they are better and or above other people. This is exactly what I experience at this property. I highly recommend going somewhere else so you would not he put through what I was

Everything broken

First room had a smell of gas,second room the handle for the shower was broken.they didnt fix it!they send somebody to open the water for me!!

Decent economy hotel in the east suburbs.

Cons: Shower plumbing needs work - very hard to turn on.
Quiet part of town - not a lot close by. Room was clean and comfortable. Surprised to see a small kitchenette in it. Breakfast was typical continental - nothing special. Overall a good experience but nothing outstanding.
