Great time!! I brought my daughter in-law and 3 year old twin grandsons! This was a great location we only used the car one day as the rest of the time we were walking distance to great restaurants and shop;ping.
This is a really nice hotel. It's a little dated but in a good way, it was an old world charm. The staff is super nice and friendly and helpful. It's well priced and the location is convenient if but its on the outskirts of the Gaslamp so there isn't much in the surrounding couple blocks.
This hostel was amazing and my only complaint was not staying long enough. There are various communal areas both outside and inside that allow for conversations between guests. Unfortunately it was raining so we weren't able to go on the hammock or outdoor furniture, but definitely trying them out ...
I absolutely love this hotel, it is the only hotel I try to stay at every time I am in San Diego with my family. This time around it was the first time I experienced a dirty room at this hotel. Again, I love everything about this hotel, except this last time I visited, I encountered a dirty room ...
Vintage hotel with charm but rooms are small. Great location! Near trolley and bus stops. Situated right in the center of the Gaslamp Quarter! good stay for the price. You can go up to the roof and see a great view of the entire city. Would recommend if you're not gonna be in the room very ...
The Train Horn from nearby station is disturbing and way too frequent. We stayed on the East side of building/city view. Perhaps it's quieter on the beach side. The hotel is beautiful, view exceptional. Nice gym, and 7th floor lounge for ocean views. Except that darn train horn.
My only complaint is about walls need to be cleaned or painted. Very disgustting, specially with young children. I always carry with us disinfected wipes. So my husband and I have to do their job, since we call front desk but after 10 rings (x 2) to ask for someone to clean it, we gived up.
Love the tiki torches outside too. dddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd
Everything was ok except the restaurant service- Since our flight is early in the morning we requested the kitchen to prepare even just a sandwich only to be told that they're only open 6am and suggested to just buy a sandwich at store nearby for a sandwich- We precisely paid for an accommodation ...
