I would highly recommend to stay here !!! The Hampton family went beyond for my daughter’s birthday from makes us feel welcomed and the surprises they had for my daughter!!! Daughter loved it they didn’t want to leave !! Staff was so friendly and attentive in anything we needed!! Front staff Jasmine help us so much in our stay was so sweet and toke care of us !!! Room are clean ! Nice area ! Close to Legoland 3 mins away !!Will definitely be back !! THANK YOU !!!

Our tv didn’t work and apparently they were aware of the problem . Our internet didn’t work either. And there were no wash clothes and only one hand towel in our room. We had to ask for more. The signage for the property was very poor, We drove by it several times. It needs to be bigger and lit up. Hampton Inns are our favorite place to stay. This place was not up to the standards we are used to. The best part was the very pleasant young man on the front desk. We didn’t get his name but he is tall with long hair and glasses. He was great.

I apologize that your visit was not up to our standards. We had a power outage which blew out some of our TV & Internet equipment. Everything is back online and we are looking forward to a complete internet upgrade at the end of this month (April 2024).

Thank you Hampton inn Carlsbad it was an awesome experience and sanitized and clean room my family and i have a really great and family cozy 2 night in this hotel and we loved it. They have coffee through night and day and very good and friendly staff there very clean and friendly place to be with family. There breakfast is yummy have all you need there from waffle maker to fruits coffee,etc you name it. Easy ro communicate with staff always attend to your needs. Love the experience and thank you Expedia foe making it happen with Hapmton inn Carlsbad

Exceptional front desk staff! Very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was heated and nicely kept. A couple places to eat are within walking distance, but would recommend driving for shopping.
