Not much to complain about other than the strong air freshener scent in the office and rooms. It's overwhelming for someone with a sensitive nose. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and the facility was clean and functional. The USB-A "charging" port was not just an isolated charging port, so beware.

The hotel desk was very nice and offered champagne or water upon check in. The room was on the smaller end, but had the necessities. This place is located not in the best area, but it was fine for an overnight stay.

Hotel is honestly very nice and clean and very modern. Had some problems checking in that kind of ruined the experience but was fixed. They needed to double charged my card and it was then resolved but took a bit. Wait time was maybe 20-30 minutes.

Very cute rooms but super small. You need a key to activate the power btw. Theres decent lighting and warm shower water. Slept like a baby but if you stay too long the deodorizing scent goes away. Free breakfast and late check out for VIPs .!

Overall we got what we needed. A good nights sleep at a good price. The restroom and room itself looks modern and very detailed so that was a plus. The walkways and elevator look dirty and the site where it’s at is in a weird part of town with a lot of homeless. The staff were nice and helpful. Rooms are awesome but need to clean up around the walkways and elevators.

I stayed for 12 days as my first grandchild was born. Hotel staff was very friendly! Although hotel is very loud and can hear other rooms. Bathroom is a little funky too but doable. It was a frosted glass from the bedroom area with a curtain. Not horrible but can be uncomfortable.

I checked in Saturday night so I could rest before driving my wife to CBX at 1am. But the bathroom for my first room (with two beds) smelled of vomit. So I went down to the front desk and they switch me to a room with a single bed. I tried to use the TV but the internet connection was terrible and no programming could come in. This was very unfortunate because I couldn't mask out the sound of the neighbors who I could hear through the vent. I felt very uncomfortable exposing my young son to the sounds my neighbors were making. So I checked out and asked for a refund. The receptionist said they couldn't do anything because only the manager could provide a refund and that she would not be back until Monday morning. I notified Expedia and they attempted to get a hold of the manager, also. In the end, no refund was given even though I did not spend the night in the hotel. There is nothing boutique about this hotel and it should not have a "very good" rating.

This is my third stay at this property and it gets better every time. The staff is always so friendly and even afford me an early checkin and late checkout. I have no negative complaints and I look forward to always staying here on my trips to Chula Vista!

Excelente por 100 dls la noche, mejor que los hoteles de 2 estrellas de 80 dls la noche, vale la pena. Buena ubicación. Lugar limpio. Staff muy amable. Lo recomiendo. Lo único malo que podría decir es que no hay ningún area para fumadores dentro de la propiedad y que se escuchan los otros cuartos, tendras que bajar el volumen si ella o tú son ruidosos (guiño, guiño). Sobre todo lo recomiendo. Quédate aquí! Ahh el AC es silencioso lo amé
