Close to work

Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to leave the place we were staying. The Heritage Inn, the staff and location are wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and the clientele that stays there better then most other hotels. It's five mins. from my job which is walking distance. I appreciate how nice they treat me there. It's my favorite place to stay

Terrible, no iron in room, no coffee makers wifi in common areas only, no microwaves in room. Expedia should confirm before selling

Functional with few frills

Stayed here under rental insurance. Convenient location, close by everything. Building and furnishings old but staff is friendly.

For the price it's decent. Stay if you're in a budget. There is no wifi!!!! Otherwise it's fine.

H O R R I B L E do not stay here

Pros: Nothing
SO MISLEADING! Expedia, how can you list this hotel in your website? Send somebody out before you post this misleading pictures on your site, so you can see I am not making this up! See if they make will make it though the night! Sooooo disappointed... This place is below a motel. We got there kind of late and I made the mistake of paying in for two nights, otherwise I would have run out of there! You had to go though laundry mat to check in! HOMELESS person checking in... Creepy! This is on a freeway exit, so noisy. You could hear the people above us. Impossible to sleep. Filled with smoke, even though we had non smoking room. I did not feel safe. No internet in the room. Ancient TV. What free breakfast???? It was petty little danish. I checked out the next morning and they WILL NOT REIUMBURSE ME for the second night. What can you expect! This is D U M P. A nightmare! You should have warn this is a place for the less fortunate.

Area is walking distance for my work. I love the staff particularly the women. They are so awesome. Though the cable and wifi could use improvement I enjoy staying there very much.

The location is right in back of the freeway need to pay close attention to not miss the entrance.

Avoid at all cost!

Pros: The pictures look nice BUT ARE DECEIVING!!! There wasn't anything I liked about this hotel.
Cons: Tear it down and make a parking lot out of it.
Location: Location is terrible, right off the freeway. Things to do: get ear plugs and worry that a car doesn't lose control and end up in your room.
We checked-in after driving 7 hours to get to the hotel. The lobby was closed so I had to try to talk to the desk clerk through a small slit in the glass window. Not an easy thing to do when THE FREEWAY IS RIGHT THERE!!! The off-ramp is their driveway! There were homeless people wandering around me as I was trying to check in too - but the desk clerk was safe. After driving around to where our room was, we found the elevator but, once on, we couldn't wait to get off - it smelled like filth and urine. Our room wasn't much better. Dirty carpets, no wifi as promoted, old furniture and street and freeway noise. When I made the reservation I wanted a hotel that had a hot tub but it was broken. I sent my husband down and to tell the desk clerk we weren't staying another night. She said we would have to talk to the manager in the morning. The manager couldn't bare to show her face the next day however, so we ran messages through the desk clerk who said the manager was refusing to cancel our reservation. I even called Expedia to complain and the rep couldn't get the manager on the phone either! We took all our belongings when we left so eventually they did cancel our reservation (not that I was going to stay there another minute). It took another couple of calls to Expedia to get my money back however. A reputable hotel would have refunded the money right away, but, then again, a reputable hotel would be interested in guest happiness and reviews. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Bedbugs and cockroaches in room

Cons: Get rid of the bugs, and improve staff attitude.

Got a room at this hotel for our visiting grandson his wife and two month old great grandson. Had bedbugs and cockroaches in assigned room. When we complained of this to front desk , they moved them to a newly remodeled room with the same amenities, and tried to charge ten dollars more per day because it was an upgrade. At the end when we went to get our deposit back they told us we were at the wrong hotel because it was booked and paid through Expedia. Finally after approx.. 45 minutes of dealing with their staff, we got it back. During this 45 minutes, other people came in complaining of bugs in their rooms. Would not recommend this hotel.
