The fridge kept making lots noises at the middle of the night, I requested to have a room change for my 2nd night. The customer service would not let me change room.

Front desk staff was always polite and professional. Housekeeping never answers and you’re given an instruction sheet that says call 24 hours in advance to schedule housekeeping. The room was alright..not what was shown in Expedia,looked a bit outdated and had a weird smell like old and closed up.

Great stay and hotel. Please note that this location does not provide transportation to the airport as advertised. They do promote an "uber-like" service though.

The rooms were extra clean and very spacious. No funny smell in the hallways, free WiFi where most hotels from our experience have a charge of $12.99 up to 19.99 for 2 devices for every 24 hours. Overall very satisfied with every part of the hotel.

Our room was not ready, I had to call for towels, it was dusty and I stepped on a giant Omega pill. There were scuffs all over and the appliances were broken and/or falling apart. Missing a curtain and parking was outrageous. Price for breakfast was high also for a basic continental. I won’t stay here again.

Carpet had a tear in it, causing me to cut my foot on it. Loud in the hallways could barely sleep, needed to stay there for a work trip. Caused me to have a tiresome day from staying here. Employee had attitude when I requested security to have the loud tenants at 3 AM to please be quiet.

I always stay at a Hilton Hotel. The comfort, bedding, and staff are a 10 . However, this location could use some renovations. Carpet is frayed, and window covering where torn, The showers are a poor design, as the faucet to turn on water before entering shower can't be reached unless one is inside the glass enclosed door. Shower leaks water out of shower onto the floor. On the positive side the staff are wonderful. Thank you Hilton for hiring such incredible people. Please look into the shower design.

Liked this property, clean, smelled nice, comfortable beds, we got lucky with no parking however many guest were complaining about this when we got there!! Also as clean as the rooms and lobby were the pool and hot tub needed some maintance, hope this helps!

Upon arrival, my boyfriend discovered our room had nails sticking out of the carpet because he STEPPED ON THEM. Front desk said they were fully booked and they could not switch our room. Fine. They sent maintenance. They took 40 minutes to arrive. Maintenance saw the carpet and said that it was so bad they’d need to put down whole new carpet. As a temporary solution, he hammered down the nails... With a pair of pliers. Seeing as the job was done with pliers, there were still nails sticking out waiting to puncture feet after he finished. The front desk then said they could only get us in a new room tomorrow. Fine. 10am we call the front desk and they changed our room, all we had to do was get our room key changed out downstairs. 15 minutes later, they called us and rushed us to evacuate the room, as they needed to clean it for the next guests being put in it. They were going to put new people in the room with NAILS. STILL STICKING OUT OF THE FLOOR. Not only that, they were rushing us?! Totally inappropriate. When I went downstairs to switch room keys, the lady helping me said “let me ask if it’s ok that we’re changing your room. Or if it’s ready yet.” AFTER THEY RUSHED US OUT. Riduculous. On top of that, once we entered our new room, I called the front desk about 30 minutes later. Realizing I had left a bottle of wine in the mini fridge. She assured me housekeeping would collect it and have it sent to our room. NEVER ARRIVED.

I loved the location of the hotel.. what I didn’t like was the parking. Also, typically a “deposit” or incidentals doesn’t exceed $150 but this time it was $300 that is ridiculous seeming the per night rate was not even $300 a night!

Well, let’s start with my little hiccup when I arrived I was told that my reservation was canceled which it wasn’t so it took a while for me to get the room second of all I will NEVER GET ROOM 211 the minute that I arrived at your facility. There was some kind of meeting right out my side my door very loud we left the room came back and as we are watching TV trying to rest when the people upstairs or the restroom wash their hands open the faucet, the pipes, make such loud noise, it was disturbing in the middle of the night woke us up few times and then again outside my room they were having another meeting. Somebody was out there, laughing and laughing and laughing talking right outside our door and then again the faucet continue under our last day at 7:15 in the morning they started vacuuming right outside my door and woke me up , so yes, that was kind of disturbing waking you up every three hours but after I was a very nice clean room

The sofa was so dirty and old that I didn't even want to sit on it, and it also had holes burned by cigarette smoke. There were extensive mold and repair marks on the walls. The bathroom fan didn't work. The iron is dirty. There are holes in the carpet. Free Wifi is not available, we tried to ask the front desk. They did not solve the problem. They only gave us an AT&T phone number and asked us to contact them to solve it ourselves. However, AT&T also did not solve the WIFI problem.

It was a convenient place to stay, but parking was expensive and horrible, beds were uncomfortable, and th A/C didn't go below 72°. We will try someplace else next month.

The hotel is dated and the on-site restaurant is very expensive with the quality of food to match. In my room, the air conditioner did not work. Well, the sink did not drain, and the light consistently flickered. I notified the front desk, and they claimed the things were repaired the next day, and they were not. Overall, it was a disappointing stay at what typically would be a good experience at other Hilton properties.

Over priced, parking is $34 per night they will deduct out of your deposit, building is out dated, during the 4 day stay AC was not cold, requested a room changed it was denied. Front desk call maintenance on the first night instead temperature in room did not change. Room doors has gaps, you can hear everything in the halls. For the price you would expect breakfast including but no. Wish for better at another location for business trips.
