Although right next to I-5, the sound-proofing was excellent. The room with a king-sized bed was appropriately sized although the bathroom was a bit small. Linen service was provided each day (yay!) and parking was convenient. In a busier time of year, the parking spaces would be too small for an SUV or truck. Overall, great property.

The nicest person at this location was the shuttle driver. Other staff just seemed annoyed by your questions or presence, especially the daytime staff. The shuttle driver was great, very friendly and helpful. There is not much around there if you don’t have a car, so beware of that. I only stayed here for 1 night because I needed a place with airport shuttle. The Gaslamp area that I stayed in before was more accessible to things

I really enjoyed staff members, they had made me feel comfortable, and really welcomed. The front desk ma’am was so nice and sweet and made check in so easy and fast so we could rest as soon is possible

very convenient location you can walk to old downtown staff at front desk not very friendly it is also noisy due to its location next to freeway ,there is 20 dollars charge for parking

The staff are all amazing. The little store has ample food for dinner or snacks if you arrive later than you want to go for dinner. The gym is pretty small but very clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly. Our room was cleaned every day and have fresh towels always. It’s a 17 min walk to Old Town. I don’t mind staying here again when I come back to SD.

This was the nicest, easiest, cleanest friendly hotels. I’ve stayed in, in quite sometime. It has all the amenities, the pantry store has delicious food and wine, the staff were so kind and so helpful. I’m going to start to stay in Holiday Inns more often. I’ve been a Hilton member for many years, and I didn’t realize how much I was missing out by not going to Holiday Inn. This location was wonderful. Thank you.

The hotel staff were so kind and accommodating… the pool was like a giant hot tub… which was great since it was so cold outside. Clean hotel! Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast…. Not great and the coffee was terrible. Sleeping next to the interstate was a little loud but because everything else so was great I would still stay there again.

Close to airport and free shuttle was on time with very friendly driver. Property was clean and very close to tons of bars/restaurants/shops. Close to freeway but sound did not bother me and slept like a baby. Free breakfast was nice and dinning area was clean.

Art was amazing and auch a fun and charismatic person. He helped us with an upgrade and gave us all the information needed for a comfortable stay.
