The property is a bit old but clean and conveniently located if you’re in town for Sea World or Legoland. I was a bit annoyed that the ice machine didn’t work the 2 days I was there. When I informed the front desk, the clerk recommended that I walk to the CVS next door (at 9pm).

Our rooms were not ready at 4:00. We got there about 3:00 and she said 1 room was ready, then she said neither room was ready. She would text us 10 min before they would be ready. We had drove 16 hours, exhausted. With 2 kids ready to see the sights, we walked to the beach. At 4:00 we went back to the hotel and rooms were still not ready. The man that was now at the desk was beyond rude. The lady that was there got us towels since our kids were wet from the beach. When finally 1 room was ready we went up and it was a little while before our 2nd room was ready. Side note- we did request an early check in for 2:00. As we sat in the lobby other guests were checked in. The breakfast every morning was horrible, nothing was hot or even warm. No selection and most trays were close to being empty.

The check in was great, room was fine, Jacuzzi was smaller.. but the breakfast served moldy breads, every croissant and some of the bagels had mold, so I tossed them and I told the staff, they said they would check them and replace, how're when we went for a fresh croissant, it still had mold so we just tossed that too

The fact it was close to the beach and walking distance to various stores was nice.. the hot tub was filthy, there were spiders in my room, the plug on the desk didn't work, plus it looks like someone tried to patch the ceiling and failed horribly. The handicap room (what was reserved by me) has a fire alarm door bell (along with the flashing light) not good for my husband who has seizures. The front desk did not alert me about it so when my child rang the doorbell it scared my husband to where his body reacted and started seizing. Would not recommend, will definitely not be staying again.

Hotel served it's purpose for a one night stop over. Very run down, dirty carpet throughout hallways and room. Breakfast was better than expected. Property is in need of major renovations. Obviously hasn't had upgrades in a long time. Front counter and breakfast staff were all great. Very professional and polite.

Property is in serious need of upgrades. The rugs are in bad shape. There is a bed odor in the hallways and in the room. My wife was almost in tears. We spoke to the front desk but the receptionist although trying to be very helpful said she could do nothing about canceling the reservation as it was made through Espidia. Very disappointed.

Our stay was great! We go for the location, but the hotel is very comfortable and familiar. The parking is easy and the breakfast is the best around! The staff is super friendly which makes it feel like a home away from home!

Everyone was very helpful and nice. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Good options for breakfast in the morning. I had a lot of trouble with my key card not working most days I stayed which was frustrating but other than that it was wonderful. I definitely recommend. They also have great options in the gym!
