I stayed 3 nights and was surprised with no housekeeping for at least 1x. Room was nice, never saw staff other than walking thru lobby to get to elevator. Area not the best neighborhood but close to harbor.

I've stayed here several times. Nice hotel, convenient location. Nice rooms. Breakfast was a little pricey for what it was, but otherwise I have no complaints.

It’s so dirty!!! After reading all the reviews we decided to stay here. Terrible idea!! It’s so dirty and outdated. The lobby looks like a hospital lobby!

The Holiday Inn at Camp Pendleton is a wonderful place to stay when I take a short vacation in Oceanside. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, and quiet. There is ample parking. The beach and quaint marina shopping/ dining area is a brief walk away.

I called the property the day before letting them know I was so ill and there was no way I could travel and would have to miss my event. The guy who answered was so off putting and rude and told me to contact Expedia, as the hotel wouldn't refund me and said, well, give the room to a friend. So, I tried Expedia, whose chat was down, no way to speak with anyone. I tried again on Sunday as I was too sick to deal over the weekend. They contacted to hotel, who refused to refund me... Needless to say, I won't be staying at any Holiday Inn again, and, I'm cancelling my Expedia acct.

Everything was great except the idiot above me stomping while walking! Not sure what they were doing but sounded like they were marching or pacing for 3 hrs straight 10-12pm. Then again at 7am. Other than that this hotel location, price cleanliness, was great

When we arrived there was a person inside a parked car right out in front under the covered parking and it looked like he slept in his car and I didn’t feel safe parking my car there

It is a short walking distance to the harbor and beach. Park and don’t have to leave. I received a complimentary upgrade due to my birthday. Thank you.. Disappointed they didn’t have coffee in the morning. Overall I will rebook for another vacation in the future.
