I’ve stayed at all kinds of hotels all over the world….and this has to be one of the worst quality breakfast I’ve ever had! The waffles and pancakes were dry and tasteless, the meat options tasted fake, and the cereal options were horrible.

Love the layout of this hotel, feels very private with how it’s setup. Grounds are nice and kept clean, plus the pool area was nicely landscaped.. most hotels have the pool facing a parking lot but this was more peaceful setting. The staff was top notch and they were very accommodating with any requests we had. Only downside are the beds, they are springy and too soft but that’s more of a personal preference. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

The rooms were nice, good quality for the price. The pool was shut down during my stay which was unfortunate, and the restaurant that allegedly existed downstairs (that I was counting on) had really inconsistent hours that didn’t line up with what I was told when making the reservation.

First room we hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty diaper and food in the trash can. Used towels. Changed to our second room. Found blood on the bed. Had to pack up and wake up our kids to move to a new room because they didn’t have someone to bring us new bedding. The guy wasn’t very understanding or genuinely caring about this happening. Then our third room had ants. But I wasn’t going to move again so we just killed them.

It was a trip with my sister to see relatives. We needed something pet friendly and with a hot tub to sink into after our visit. The Hyatt checked off everything for our needs. The room was lovely. The beds so comfortable with luxurious linens, fabulous pillows and thick, soft towels. We were equally impressed with the breakfast, so varied and beautifully presented. We will be back the next time we go down to see relatives again.

old hotel. oldest Hyatt hotel i have been. my bed sheet was not clean. i have beaten by bed bugs. they used cold boiled eggs from fridge so not fresh and probably from days before.
