Great for baseball fans wanting to cross the street to Petco Park. Many nice restaurants nearby and hotel has great breakfast buffet. The hotel room was very clean and cleaned daily.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Nowhere to park except $60 per night valet parking, although available parking is advertised. Ridiculously uncomfortable beds. The TV is sitting so low in a cabinet that you can’t even watch it. The rooftop bar advertised as an amenity is closed for our entire stay. I’ll never stay here again and do not recommend this place at all.

Shower door would not stay shut. Temp never warmed up and it was freezing. Tried to call for help and to get blankets they never answered the phone. No hot water... pretty sad for the amount of money charged.

The staff was very responsive and friendly but I did share two issues with them; 1 housekeeping walked right into my room 30 minutes after check in 2 my shower did not work and facilities did not come up within 20 minutes and I had to leave without resolution. I appreciate all the staff who were super helpful and nice. Location was great and had an amazing rooftop bar. Rooms could need remodeling but other than that had an amazing stay here. Definitely recommend it.
