Only reason for 3 stars is that the pet fee is 150 I paid less for the hotel than that pet fee should be refundable if your dog doesn't create mess or destroy anything or atleast half refundable either way it is what it is great stay overall very relaxed.

Elevator (at least one of them) was a bit scary but thankfully didn’t die on us. Breakfast was amazing. We were given a handicap room, which was unnecessary. Felt bad occupying a handicap room but it was extremely quiet which was nice. Close to highway but not noisy. Would visit again, just hope for a non-handicap room next time!

We had a crazy neighbor who made our stay a nightmare. But the front desk handled it and was very helpful, our room had a bad smell and it was a bit dirty but we were only there one night

When I first used the bathroom there were several long dark hairs under the toilet roll despenser. I quickly grabbed some toilet paper and flushed them before my husband could see them. Also, when staying several days, I always make the bed, put towels together in the bathroom and pick up everything and straighten up before we go out for the day, so the staff has less to do. When we came back the first day no one had even been in our room. The garbage was full & towels we still in the bathroom & coffee wasnt replintshed. I'm sure it was an oversight but was there a tag or something I was supposed to put on the door? I took the towels to a man outside the door and asked for coffee supplies and he accomidated me. Just a FYI in case iit was a new person being trained. We did very much enjoy our stay though.

I requested a quiet room and was put on the top floor. I honestly never heard anyone. I was on the freeway side and it was not a problem as there are dual pane windows. I would recommend as well as stay again.

Really nice hotel, family friendly and for the most part walls were pretty soundproof. However, we happened to be staying when a high school lacrosse team was staying and they were pretty loud. Also, when we first arrived, all of the tv’s were down for maintenance. Ours was down for almost four hours which was an inconvenience since we have little ones. We wanted to rest and let them watch some tv but that didn’t happen. According to the maintenance technician, it has never happened at this hotel so we just had bad luck that day. Breakfast was good, probably one of the best I’ve had at a hotel and their coffee is great. Front desk staff is very friendly and our room was clean. However, our room wasn’t cleaned or picked up our second day. Not sure if they only clean rooms when you check out but we had to take out our own trash a few times. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed the facilities on the property. A dislike for me is that sometimes there isn’t a person at the front desk. Overall, the service was awesome and my family and I enjoyed our stay.

It is an old property. No amenities in the bathroom. Carpet very old. But the staff was very nice and helpful, we l iked that the price included parking, still overpriced for the area, etc.

This is a great place to stay! The property is exceptionally clean, the staff is really nice, and it’s overall pretty quiet. There’s a gas/convenience store, a restaurant, bar and fast food in the same vicinity. Their breakfast had a lot of options, there was plenty of seating. Will stay again.

The rooms were spacious, clean and very relaxing to be in. Getting an Uber to go in to town is easy and everything is close enough that the fares are low for the rides. Friendly staff and I have a special thank you to Ian for how courteous and accommodating he was. This hotel is a favorite for when we travel to San Diego.
