From the moment we arrived we experienced inconveniences. Resort was very spread out and every employee would either give us a different/incorrect answer or didn’t have an answer so we wasted a lot of time for what should have been very simple. Very frustrating. Unit was very outdated, was not thoroughly clean upon entry, a maintenance tech even came by asking if everything was “working okay” as he was supposed to have “inspected” the unit before we were let in. Ridiculous. The unit above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night and early morning or it was under construction. Front desk rang very loudly after 9:30 pm waking us up (we were already in bed tired from travel). We agreed to a 90 min sales meeting which went well over 2 hours because THEY were running late. I could go on and on. You could not pay me to stay at this property ever again.

Property is big and beautiful, but having vip access, i was not offered the room credit nor room upgrade. Added connected rooms in expedia notes which was not honored.

Two of the three advertised dining options are always closed and staff have no idea if and when they will open. The third dining option is only open certain days of the week. You will need to bring your own groceries and cook in your room for every meal or drive about 20 minutes outside of the resort to find food. Rooms are in disrepair - holes in blankets, stains on upholstery, broken furniture and decor. Resort property is massive and beautiful but you will need to drive everywhere. There is an advertised shuttle to get you around, but we found it incredibly inconsistent. One might we had to walk a mile back to our rooms with sleepy kids at bedtime because there wasn't enough staff to pick us up in the shuttle. There were lots of activities for kids and the staff running the activities were very kind and doing the best with what was available to them (broken games and equipment). Our stay felt more like renting a run down airbnb with a good community pool than a 4 star resort.

Beautiful location . The only thing I didn’t like was the invited us to the timeshare meeting I went with open mind to see if it was worth it buying it but the sales man was rude and giving attitude. Until the supervisor notice and came to apologize but it was too late because by the time I was already thinking about leaving the place.

Like: Beautiful scenery, quiet, pools are warm, beds are comfortable including the couch pull out, they keep the towel cabinet open so you dont have to call for towels, which is nice, bbq pits, fire pit, golf course, full kitchen with utensils, and food was good at the Grill. Dislikes: no elevators, parking is not the greatest, and staff wasnt very accommodating. I asked to be close to our family and we were told we were, but we were literally 3 buildings away (which its a large property) and when i called front desk to see about changing rooms (the room next to my family was unoccupied) they said they would ask management and call back. I stayed there for 4 days, no one ever called us back... that was disappointing. It was a far walk everytime we had to do anything... and you have to walk because theres never parking near your hotel rooms.... Overall, it was a nice resort and we loved our stay.

This is a very nice property. Lots of pools with slides and splash pads for the kids. It is fairly expensive and I would have thought that they would include activities for the kids. Went to make slime with my granddaughter and it was $20. Felt nickel and dimed. Room could have been cleaner. Small details were overlooked. Dust on the light fixtures, found a bra behind the dresser. Received lots of pressure to attend a sales meeting which we did just to receive some tickets to the zoo. Hard to get out of there. You need to be able to say no over and over.

Property is nice. A couple of issues - no shower curtain (had to request one) - bed not properly made (bottom sheet was too short for bed, 6 inches of mattress showing at foot of bed), dirty spatula left on top of fridge. Runner who brought us a shower curtain was excellent!!! Decent accommodation just had a few issues that are staff related. Stayed here previously and had no issues.

I would love to give the property 5 stars, as I would love to return. The major problem that I have is the some of the amenities are closed right about the time of check in and not open again until after check out. Everything was phenomenal except for the shower. Water pressure was low and the shower head did not put out adequate amounts of water.
