Disatisfied with Barona - Poor Customer Service

Apparently this Indian Reservation Hotel does understand the meaning of customer service. We live within 30 minutes of this hotel. We have been to the hotel/casino a few times for dinner and meeting friends. Don't waste your time at the restaurants- overpriced, food is so-so, and their employees act like you are a just an inconvienence.
With all of our experiences, I have to give this hotel, their restaurant, and their facilities a big ZERO! This was our first and last time trying to have a guest stay at their hotel. Done with Barona
Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.
