The dresser next to the bed had surface damage to it which the front desk staff were not aware of it. It was never rerplaced during the 4 day stay. Also, cleaning room service was not provided on one of the days.

The hotel is next to a huge parking lot for a seafood restaurant, but the hotel parking is narrow and limited. There is no housekeeping service. Hanging the "Please clean the room sign" all day did not work. The halls were filled with dirty towels and trash bags as apparently other hotel guests didn't get their rooms serviced either.

Had mold on wall of room. Front desk lady informed me I had a reservation for just one night not three nights which I booked and prepaid 2 weeks earlier. Very unprofessional and challenged me when I said paid for 3 nights. Big issue was the mold we found on the walls. The manager on duty came to the room took pics of mold and confirmed our suspicion. MOLD..this property is more like a truck stop. Multiple trucks parked taking up a big share of the available parking. The largest truck parked immediately in front of the main entry door. This only allowed a single lane for cars to enter or exit. Cars parked across from this truck had issues backing out of their parking space. Needless to say we did not stay requesting a full refund. Called next day to speak to manager only to have the same front desk person hang up on me. We booked the stay through Expedia. They also reported getting no where with the same front desk person that was rude and unprofessional with me. She would not give the hotel managers name to Expedia when they ask her for it. Terrible experience in all ways. Avoid this place and this location!

No service after 5 p.m.
After 5 p.m., no service. You want an extra towel. Too bad. Ironing board collapses and you want a replacement. It's not normal to do that kind of work at this time. Washing machine eats your money and doesn't work. That's not us. Let me give you a phone number for the washing machine people.

Good for a clean place to sleep on business
Bed was comfortable and the location was quiet, clean and safe.The room could have been a tiny bit cleaner, and the A/C would did not work well. The TV was having some kind of issue with their provider WORLDVUE and no one at the hotel seemed to know how to fix it.

This was not a bad stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. The night was a bit noisy being right next to the highway.The room is due for a refresh. As a remodel contractor, I was disappointed by the shoddy workmanship. The caulking was done by a three year old and the tile setters were very lazy. I would stay again, but there is room for improvement.

Hotel had a funky smell. One of the drawings in the room had burn marks. Bed was clean and comfortable. Body wash smelled good but was not soapy at all. Breakfast was okay but no bacon.

It was very convenient for access on and off the freeway... I did think the parking was very tight for person with a full size vehicle. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant.

I love the convenience of how close the 8 fwy is so being to the beaches or any other connecting fwy is easy but be prepared because the fwy is loud. However, in our room you count best the fwy at all when the window is closed. Breakfast was well organized with many more options than expected. Staff is friendly. Only having 1 working elevator was a bit inconvenient for as busy as it was so the wait time was excessive. But the size and cleanliness of the room easily made up for it. Loved having a microwave, good size fridge, and kurig coffee pot in the room in addition to a multi-option specialty coffee maker on the main floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will certainly return! As usual, Best Western comes through as a top notch, reasonably priced hotel.

Convenient spot for our needs. Close to the highway, very loud. The room was clean overall, but the corners needed some work. A corner near the curtains was pretty dusty and gross. Friendly staff, good wifi.
