Good hotel with a convenient location.

We liked the hotel, the parking, the location near food/shopping. However the bed pillows and shower were a little uncomfortable. It's difficult to adjust to sleeping in any bed other than your own. The shower head was restricted and dribbled the water out. So if you can deal with uncomfortable pillows and shower... Everything else was great. Oh and price for self parking was over priced. I think we'll return to the Doubletree by Hilton on Hotel Circle next time.

私が予約したのは毎朝朝食付きでしたが、あとからホテルの請求書を見たら朝食の請求がされていました。 一体どういうことでしょう? どうすればよかったのですか? こんなことでは次回expediaは使えません。 ホテルのアメニティーも案内された内容のものは用意されていませんでした。したがってホテルの評価が下がりました。

Beautiful hotel

Pros: Bar/lounge, spacious room
Cons: The beds are too firm. The room doesn't come with a microwave or fridge so you'll have to pay extra to have those.
Beautiful hotel, bar/lounge downstairs. Convenient location.

Had some issues

Took 3 times to get keys to room that worked. Maintenance had to work on the sink that wouldn't drain. Clock wasn't set to correct time and we couldn't change it. Told it needed special tool. Hot water was an issue on the morning we left.

Great place to stay!!

Pros: Everything was close by shopping, dining etc. staff was kind and friendly. Balcony off of bedroom.starbucks in the lobby.
Cons: Bed was a little stiff. Other than that no complaints everything was clean and nice. Check-in parking was limited.

Great Hotel!!!

Location: Walking distance to a small shopping center...movie theater & restaurants
Amazing Service, very friendly and attentive. They have an indoor pool as well as one outdoor.

not the worst, definitely not the best

Pros: Cookies at arrival- although I had to go back and ask for them since they forgot.
Cons: Air didn't work and the sliding patio door broke when it was opened- had to call to have it closed. The guy said he was fixing doors all night- so we had to wait about 30 min for him.

Pros: HGTV
Cons: Microwave/refrigerator in room.
Location: Wood Ranch
Parking costs $20-23. Street parking is free, and the street is a dead end so there is only hotel traffic. The restaurant next door is Superb. The Wood Ranch, is worth checking into. The restroom had a weird sliding door. Beds comfort was okay. There were no refrigerator or microwave to heat up my leftovers :( Check out was easy. Starbucks is just across the lobby from checkout, super convenient.

Really nice staff; from front desk, valet station and on-site bartender! All staff members we came in contact was extremely pleasant and helpful! Spacious, clean and comfy room!
