nice hotel, horrible dirty elevators

Nice rooms, except elevators were extremely dirty. Hotel facility is okay but elevators are neglected and unclean and dirty.

Lower end hotel in the Hilton brand

This hotel has a lot of potential but needs a face lift. Very loud heater in our room. We did enjoy the pool area. Did not appreciate having to pay for parking.

Nice hotel, good jumping off point for around town

Pros: Good home base for seeing the beach cities, clean, comfortable.
Cons: TV reception, friendliness of staff
We were greeted semi-warmly, not a deal-breaker. Unfortunately I missed that they now charge for parking (my fault, was not the case before and I did not read the fine print) so that was disappointing. Our TV also kept losing signal; we were not there to watch TV but we do like to relax with it on just before bed so this was frustrating (get into a show, and then it cuts out...). Otherwise, the room was clean, nicely appointed, had coffee/tea maker, and was comfortable.

Pros: location
Cons: see above plus eliminating parking fee. You have no special parking structure to pay for so why charge 14 dollars?
No good lighting as you enter room. Some poor configuration in closet lighting that poorly filters out to adjacent entry. Unannounced work on our floor elevator lobby requiring detour around scaffolding & work wallpapering.

Extremely Welcoming Hotel

Pros: The welcome chocolate chip walnut cookies were fantastic. It's the only hotel I've been to that's done that.
Cons: Pool hours could be posted on website.
Location: Lots of great food places down the street.
The people at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly when I checked in. Not all too many hotels take an 18 year old girl very seriously, so it was very refreshing. The room wasn't old or dated and the hotel was very clean. I highly recommend.

Great location near shops

Great time at this hotel. From our check in with Sam Canfield to or check out with the same employee, it was a great experience. Very welcoming. My only complaint is that guests share the main elevator with the employee service elevator. The downside to this is that the employee side to the elevator is often full of dirty dishes and laundry. I was pleasantly surprised that most of the employees would take you to your floor before the one they needed to get to.

Nice clean rooms. Breakfast is pricey. Front desk very friendly.

Nice hotel close to everything

This hotel was not only nice its close to lots of places to eat and even has an urgent care near by. This hotel is a great value and the restaurant in the hotel was Convienient.

The heater wasn't strong enough to make the room warm. I had to buy a heater at cvs.
