Smelled like an ashtray.

We arrived around 10pm and there were several shady characters hanging around the parking lot. The clerk was very nice during check in. We exited the elevator on the 3rd floor and it smelled like an ashtray. Entered our room and it smelled like an ashtray. Walked back and asked for a refund. Clerk was very understanding and gave us a refund. The very courteous clerk was the only thing nice about this hotel.

Unfriendly staff

Location: The location was great and very convenient
There was no cooking utensils nor shampoo and other needed stuff in the room. The house keeping staff never clean my room and they were not friendly at all. I will never stay not recommend this facility to anyone

Ok hotel close to shopping centers

Pros: The location was great. Plenty of shopping around. The Chargers stadium was close (that's why we were there).
Cons: BETTER HOUSE CLEANING for sure.
I only had one problem and that was with the bathroom. I really hate having left over hair in the bathtub. I found long brown hairs in the tub and on the shower curtain which didn't belong to me or my husband (he's bald & i have very short hair) since we had just checked in. To top that off, the mat used when we stepped out of the shower had even more hair.

Great value, nice staff

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were helpful with directions to local areas of interest. The only negative is my room was not fully prepped, missing tissue and the welcome pack with shampoo, etc. Once I called the front desk, they brought everything right up so it was no big deal.

Pros: I would recommend this location.
We just stayed at this hotel with our 8 mth old son and it was very accommodating. They gave us good service and a ground floor room with easy in and out access.

Smelly and old!

Cons: Rooms clearly need to be updated!
From the minute I walked in and overheard a guest asking for towels and TP because he had no extra amenities I had a strange feeling about my stay. Once I got into my room it was confirmed. My room smelled like mildew and was dark and outdated. To top it off there was no security what so ever so throughout the night people kept walking through the hallway slipping menu fliers underneath my door. Very disturbing! Needless to say glad I was only there for 1 night! Will not be staying there again

Don't stay here, go next door to the Residence Inn

Cons: See above. Cleanliness needs a complete turn around.
This hotel should not even be close to a 3 star rating. The common areas are filthy (I am not that picky either), Not sure the last time they vacuumed or mopped the elevator. Not sure they have a carpet cleaner for the rooms or on site anywhere. I payed the same price as the Residence Inn next door, in fact I stayed there the night before and had to move because it was full the next night. Not even shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, only a single bar of soap. The breakfast is what it is, so fine. But the hotel next door had a very good breakfast in a nice clean dinning area. Save yourself the potential of bed bugs and stay elsewhere.

Dirty hotel that is very understaffed.

Not a place that I would recommend! It's very dirty and the rooms are just as bad. Our cover had what appeared to be blood stains. Had to stay there, no other choice.
