Very atenttive staff clean rooms.

I have been at this hotel before very nice attentive staff there a rooms are clean and very roomy. I would stay here again and again.

Awful experience!

Pros: The room was actually pretty nice. Good bed, very good desk with lighting and outlets. Good bathroom and shower.
Cons: Get rid of the usurious parking fee. Fix the elevator. Provide maid service. Awful overall experience.
Location: Close to I-8 and I-5. Convenient to restaurants, mall and Old Town.
They charge $15 per night for parking. Surprise! This is not a downtown hotel, and the parking fee is way out of line. Second, elevator was out of service for "preventive maintenance." I had to carry three pieces of luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor. (I'm 70 years old.) Third, no housekeeping whatsoever on second day: Bed unmade, trash can not emptied, etc. Hello-o-o! Less important but still annoying: No hair dryer, no shampoo, no vending machine on floor. I've never given out a "1" rating before, but this one was deserved!

Good location and neighborhood.

The location is good not far from the beach, the mall, resturants, Qualcomm Stadium, and other tourist sites. The hotel is located in a good area/neighborhood. The room was fair. Our bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Also the sink clogged during our stay, and it took two phone calls to get someone to come look at the problem. I was told the maintenance man was off for the day, so that's why the wait was so long. (over 2 hours) The man that did come work on the sink was very apologetic, and fixed the problem right away. It is very obvious the hotel is understaff. The man (I forgot his name, but he medium height, a little heavy set, of Asian decent) at the front desk his customer service skills lacked. I was having trouble with connecting with the wfi and he was very dismiss about the situation. During check out he was the only one at the front desk, and there was a bit of line. He seemed a little flustered about the size of the line, and was very slow with the check in and check out process. Another issue was the fact that elevator was not working during my stay, so everyone had to take the stairs. It was an inconvenience, but not a huge deal. We didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast, but it was a nice option to have. Overall my stay was decent the kitchenette was a nice factor. The price was right, so it wasn't bad just needs improvement. I don't know if I would stay there again. I would possibly look around for other options first.

Good distance from everything

It was decent. There were alot of issues. I have a bad knee and the elevator wasnt working and i was put on the 3rd floor, beds werent comfortable, and the refridgerator went out. It was a nice looking hotel, great service, but i wouldnt stay there again.

Bad experience. The refrigerator in the room was not working and we have to switch to another room but the staff didn't updated their records and next day the key to the new room was not working.

客室は広く、キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、空調、テレビ、デスク、電話があります。セーフティボックスはありません。ユニットバスには、シャンプー・石鹸・タオルがあります。朝食(無料)は、コーヒーと、マフィン・シリアルバー・オートミールのみで、毎日同じものがフロントの前に並んでいます。徒歩10分程のところに、飲み物やスナックなどを買えるお店、ファミリーレストラン、メキシコ料理のレストランがあります。電車の駅が近くにないため、車がないと不便です。

I did not feel safe at this hotel. There was a really sketchy guy bouncing from room to room and the hotel staff did not do anything about it.

Pros: I like the central location. And during my stay how quiet it was.

Cleanliness an Issue

Pros: Good price and convenient.
Cons: Room needs to be cleaned.
Room was nice and was very spacious for teh price we paid, but it was clearly not cleaned prior to us coming. Sheets were a mess, dirty towerls were strewn on the floors and counter...not okay.

Budget friendly only.

Location: The good thing is the hotel is located in a strip of other hotels and pretty close to downtown and the beach all within a 20 min drive.
This is a hotel you would stay if budget is a issue. The rates are good but don't expect anything else. Room is not so great.
