Old Hotel with Historic Appeal

Arrived latel. Desk clerk unprofessional. Bell never even offered to help with our extremely heavy luggage. Was directed to use an elevator, but then found we had to drag our luggage down a half flight is stairs to get to our room. The room was nice, but now worth the extra money for a sliver if an "ocean view." The bathroom fan was so loud it was obnoxious. The maids rehung our dirty towels we threw on the floor. On the good side, the room was spacious and bright, the bed comfortable, and the location of the hotel very convenient. No movies available on TV.
