Viejo y descuidado hotel. Incendio aparatoso.
Se incendió la lavandería del hotel, un incendio aparatoso, el humo lleno los pasillos, no había personal asistiendo. Fue una pésima experiencia. Al hacer mi check out ni disculpas ni gracias me dieron. El hotel se ve viejo, le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, hace falta cambiar las alfombras apestosas , la base de la cama estaba deshilachada y llena de pelos . Las ventanas en pésimas condiciones. No cabe duda que lo único que vale la pena es la ubicación.

Terrible servicio y trato del personal. Pedimos 2 veces que hicieran el aseo y no lo hicieron. La secadora de cabello estaba rota y tardaron una hora en llevar otra. Manijas rotas y muy descuidado todo.

There were multiple safety issues. A fire extinguisher was missing in garage, the slider door did not have the secure locking device promised, wires handing down in one elevator, elevator past its inspection date and difficult to read fire escape map. In my room the blow dryer was sticky and had other peoples hairs sticking to it.

Great location if you are planning to play golf. Valet parking staff were excellent in customer service. Front desk staff were friendly. Room: shower head with green stuff on it. Walls on the bathroom with pink stuff on it. Rooms are regular. Pool was so cold and not heated and looks really old. Nothing to do inside the hotel.

Stayed couple of nights. Power went off. Hilton doesn’t have a backup generator. Slept all night without power. No hot water shower. Shower didn’t have hot water. Complained to staff but they were very rude and wasn’t helpful. Went to my Friend’s house for shower. Managers were not available to talk to. Will never stay here again. I will never recommend. Terrible service.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grosse Zimmer, fast alle mit schönem Blick Richtung Meer oder Golfplatz. Einzig die Heizung funktionierte nicht (bräuchte man bei Nacht sogar in Südkalifornien manchmal😉)
