Terrible staff, broken room, noisy, slow internet

Burned light on the vanity that the cleaners didn't notice/bother to get fixed for 2 weeks, broken hairdryer, broken faucet that you need to pull with force to turn on, bathroom smells like pee, room right on the parking lot and you can wake up when people's cars go on at 5am, you can clearly hear all your neighbours and people in the hallway as if they were in the next room. The internet speed is less than 1Mbps... no professional can work on such a terrible connection and be able to collaborate and exchange files and data.
My flight was delayed by 1 day and after dragging in airports for 28 hours the manager with an attitude told me that after they charged me the first night (which I was expecting to pay since I didn't show up), they cancelled my reservation for a 2 week stay. He made it look like he was gonna do me a favour by "retrieving" my booking with the same rate. Second time I needed a favour was at my checkout, which I asked if I could have a late checkout. They graciously gave me 1 extra hour for a guest who stayed 2 weeks and rudely told me that anything later than that WILL be charged. There were 2 charges I need to put on a different card at checkout, and the employee put only 1. I had to point it out to her and wait about 30 seconds for her to understand the error.
