Under construction.

The hotel staff was accommodating since they are under construction and the elevators are down during the day. Ask for a room away from the elevators if your staying during the week.

Location: Shopping.
Very good location. Centrally located. It was convenient to everything.

Don't waste your time.

Location was good, and that unfortunately was the best thing going for this place. Free breakfast was just awful, not much too it. Room furniture was old, and outdated, bed was a piece of plywood. Carpet was just filthy, bathroom was small and needed to be painted. Check-in was good, but after that got no help from the front desk for providing a free shuttle to the airport. Was initially told hotel shuttle to the airport would be provided, tried to set up a drop off time but was then told shuttle runs every 30 mins. Was down in the lobby by 10:30 and no sign of the shuttle, shuttle arrived at 10:33 and was then told next one was at 11:00. If the shuttle gets reserved for a specific time you have no way of knowing that. This was bothersome since the day before I was told I could not reserve it. Lack of training on behalf of the staff! Overall just an unpleasant experience, will not stay here again.

Good hotel in great location

Location: Perfect location close to Balboa Park, Little Italy, San Diego Zoo, and museums. Shuttle takes you to the zoo and airport as well
This hotel was perfect for our vacation. Within 10 minute drive of the zoo, museums and Balboa park. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. The room is a little outdated and the elevators were slow but it didn't make a bad impact on our visit. Parking was tight and not many spots but we had a small car so it worked for us. Breakfast was free and had a huge range of food that was good. They also had happy hour in the evening with free beers and snacks.

Don't hesitate to stay here

The hotel is very clean, staff very helpful. The location was great-within walking distance of many activities. The hall rugs and walls need some updating, but that is my only complaint. Shuttle service to/from airport was welcome since we did not rent a car. The breakfast had many healthy choices. This will be my go to hotel in San Dioikego.

All guest rooms and common areas will be fully renovated including a hip, modern design to fix the bathroom size issue as well as adding a gym, new sound-proof, vinyl windows and beautiful lobby and guest rooms to name a few things. Practico, bien ubicado

El servicio del Shuttle es excelente y una de las mejores opciones del hotel. Desayuno adecuado, el personal excelente. Las únicas quejas son las almohadas se sienten gastadas y deben mejorar las ventanas para boquear mejor el ruido y la luz de la ciudad.

Su completa satisfacción, comodidad y disfrute durante su estancia es nuestro objetivo principal. Nos disculpamos de nuevo que no ha recibido plenamente la experiencia que te merecías. Nosotros realmente apreciamos y valoramos su lealtad. Estamos muy entusiasmados con nuestra renovación en todo el hotel, que ya está en curso. Todas las habitaciones y áreas comunes serán totalmente renovadas incluyendo una cadera, diseño moderno para solucionar el problema del tamaño de baño, así como la adición de un gimnasio, una nueva prueba de sonido, ventanas de vinilo y hermosas vestíbulo y las habitaciones para nombrar algunas cosas. Espero que nos dará otra oportunidad de volver a ganar su fe en nuestro hotel cuando sus viajes lo traigan de nuevo a la zona de San Diego.

Best customer service!

We were pleasantly surprised by the very friendly and approachable yet professional staff. We normally stay at a Westin or Merriott when visiting San Diego but a last minute flight booking forced us to book this property due to availability. It was excellent. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the beds/ pillows super comfortable. It was great having a mini fridge, free wifi in room and a free full buffet breakfast! The other hotels don't offer this. Great pool and location. Highly recommend this hotel.
