not a happy 75th birthday for Fernando

My wife and I decided to celebrate my 75th birthday at this hotel. Upon checking into our room we found only one small bar of soap for the sink and shower (for two persons?). We located a housekeeper on the floor and asked for more soap of which two more small bars were delivered. Next day when we returned to our room for the evening, we discovered that the room had been cleaned but did not leave soap for sink or shower, again I tracked a housekeeper and asked for more soap, and she told me that they are not given soap for the rooms and showed me her service cart full of everything except soap. I had to call the housekeeping department and request soaps, 10 minutes later 2 more small bars were hand delivered. For a 5 star hotel that does not supply soaps in the rooms it is a sin!
The mini fridge in the room, was set to freezing and I left a glass of milk for my next morning medicines and next morning I found the milk totally frozen as well as the water bottles that we had put in there the previous night. We had to call for service and a maintenance tech came in later in the evening and did find that the unit was set to freezing (the controls for temperature are in the rear of the unit).
