Much more than I expected

Everything was very clean when we arrived, and the front desk was really easy to talk to when we checked in. Highly recommend this place!

Nice Staff

Pros: Staff
Cons: more variety of food in breakfast
Location: nice environment
Staff gave us a room with easy access since we have 2 little kids and both falls to sleep when check in(and we have to carry kids alone with luggage)...PLUS warm cookies! In the morning the buffet staffs were very nice and made my kids hot coco. They love it! Overall it was a wonderful experience in this hotel.

Nice hotel, didn't like room pods

Everything was great except the rooms are in pods separate from the main hotel building

We are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations and yes our property is set in a resort style so we have 21 buildings and only five of them connect to make the main building. Terrible house keeping

The sheets were not changed from previous guests, full of black hair, had to wait for house keeping to come and change the sheets. The room key didn't work, had to go back to front desk three times to get it re-programmed, the last night I stayed there, got back to hotel around 1230 pm and key did not work, had to go to front desk and get new card. One night came back late and room was left open all day by house keeping, manager told me he would give me that night for free, but sonce it was booked through expedia, that didn't happen. Carpets were never vacuumed.

Nice hotel, close to area stores

Pros: I liked the staff they were all very friendly. Loved Ferrell
For not knowing what to expect and where the hotel was located..... it turned out to be in the right area. Easy on and off the interstate. Center location for our plans

Delightful stay

Pros: Large, generous room.
Cons: The bath is incredibly noisy when filling and you can hear your neighbors run their bath (showers are much quieter).
Location: Close to San Diego Zoo Safari Park.
Stayed in the "bungalows" in the back of the hotel. If you stay there, make certain all your gear has wheels, because there is not immediate parking. These bungalows are detached from the hotel and do not have an elevator, so you may want to request a 1st floor room if you are disabled. There were 1 or 2 hiccups, but when brought to the attention of staff, were immediately addressed.

The place was nice but me and my girls stayed in a room on the first floor and the rooms are set up like apartment homes. Doors on the outside and didn't feel too safe. Rooms are huge and the bathroom was really nice, huge long shower but no bathtub which is ok by me. Room service was quick. Parking is $10 a day but there's plenty of parking.

Decent place to stay

Pros: The hotel staff was nice and the room interior was updated.
Cons: You enter your room from the outside - feels like a motel. While the interior was updated, it had a musty smell.
Location: The location was good for me.
