Horrible customer service. Rude staff

My experience started before I even arrived. I called to inform the front desk that I was going to be checking in late due to traffic, and was told that my room may not be available because Fridays are the busiest day and that they can guarantee my room would be available despite the fact that I had a reservation through expedia. The worker went on to say that people reserve rooms with credit cards that are declined and they lose money by holding rooms for deadbeats like that. I was beyond angry. I called expedia to inform them. Expedia called and resolved the situation. The next morning I got up , I sat on the couch and the maintenance man just opened the door without warning, looked at me and asked if he left any supplies in the room, never mind the fact that I'm in my underwear. If that wasn't enough there was major roofing work being done so the banging and stomping overhead was unbearable on both days, Friday and Saturday was unbearable. By far this was the worst experience I've ever had.
