A bit run down

What was once a very nice facility has now depreciated and is looking a bit shabby. Otherwise, got a really cheap price for a suite with living room, bedroom w/kink size comfortable bed, And kitchen. No flat screen tv here, and cable was lacking. But everything worked and was reasonably quiet on a weekend night. A little better maintenance would make the difference.

Not a 4-star but good

Pros: Nice staff.... decent rooms for the price...cable TV.... breakfast.... coffee in rooms.
Cons: Old and somewhat smelly sofas in the living area... also although not very noticeable there were some small roaches.
Location: It's definitely in the downtown area, and there's not much going on within walking distance, but by car you can visit Old Town and Coronado--very cute
For a 2-atar hotel, this is a decent place to stay.... most hotels at the rate, do not provide breakfast, they do... sheets and towels were clean. (but I did see two tiny live roaches during my stay). Also, although Expedia claimed that my credit card would not be charged and I would pay upon arrival.... Howard Johnsons did charge my credit card prior to my arrival.

Unfortunately never again

Stayed here a few times in the past. For the price we weren't looking for too much. It was usually clean and the facilities worked. This time however the room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned. There was a sticky residue on one of the nightstands and the couch cushions were a mess. In the shower one of the handles wasn't even secured to the wall. THE WORST part of the stay is waking up the next morning to see the biggest cockroach I've ever seen and it made me feel dirty knowing I slept in that room with those things. NEVER AGAIN

This hotel is conveniently located. We didn't travel far for any activities, dining, or shopping. For this reason, I recommend it as a good option.

Needs to be fully cleaned! Graffiti on walls ironing board covers torn! The space was ok although the online look of seemed like more.

Patchy internet service

Good size room Patchy internet service on 2nd floor, room overlooking secure car park. Spoke to receptionist 3 times about this issue. 1st time she asked my daughter to ring the internet company..my daughter informed her it was their internet company so she should ring them. The receptionist did ring the company and passed the call to my daughter. Conclusion was that there was a issue with the hotels internet. We over heard someone else complain about the Internet and they left reception with the phone number to ring the service provider themselves! On 3rd occasion the receptionist said she would speak to the Manager about the issue identified by their internet copany and we could change rooms if internet speed not fixed...we heard nothing from reception ie they did not check if service improved...and it didn't. Felt like we were fobbed off.

We(2 meiden) vonden de ligging erg goed, buurt was savonds misschien wat minder maar we hebben er geen last van gehad. Prijs kwaliteit was erg goed. Ons erg positief bevallen!

整体体验还不错,尽管地理位置里市中心有一定的距离,但周围不远就有一个商业中心,基本的物资供应很丰富。房间比较大,套房结构,价格也很合理。有简易的早餐提供。
