Great accommodating hotel

Pros: The staff was fabulous!
Cons: Restaurants that allow dogs within the hotel.
Location: San Diego, the list of things to do is endless! The staff is very helpful with things to do and places to go with the dog.
We brought our dog and the hotel was so great dealing with her. We got a bed for her and the staff was always so gracious when I had her with me. It would be nice to have a place to eat there that allowed dogs, outside patio, but the room was great, staff fabulous, and can't wait to go back!

Convenience location

Staff was very good and attentively ,the place was nice and clean ,my son had fun been in the pool chlorine free and watching movie by the pool ,they had a few fire pits cabanas and a bar by the pool .

Hotel was about 11 minutes from the beach. Very clean . Pool was great which my kids loved. And breakfast which was included was excellent. Will come back to hyatt for sure!

Great location

Our stay at this hotel went well. There were some renovations taking place and the walls were thin so you hear plumbing and thudding of doors below slamming occasionally. However overall it is a nice hotel with friendly staff and wonderful breakfast.

Nice n quiet area,

The toilet bath tub is not clean when we were there, overall is good, nice n clean the cafe is good, breakfast buffets stuffs are nice, hotel having many tests to pick which are good too, price for room is reasonable

Need better service for such pricing

Checked in at 10PM, reserved double queen beds room, but only have 1 King size bed. It took 2 hours for the staff to bring in an air mattress, directly put on the floor. I do expected to have better service at such pricing hotel. Next day, the front desk manager left voicemail for an apology, but nothing get done, no extra roller bed being delivered.

Lo mejor es la distancia, me gusta mucho el hotel, muy centrico, el personal son muy amables. Yo si lo recomiendo, lo unico malo que tiene el hotel es que en los cuartos no tiene cajones, y a mi si me gusta acomofar todo mi ropa.

Nice hotel in La Jolla

The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. Even though the room didn't have a refrigerator in it we were able to ask for one and they brought it up in a few minutes.
