Our stay was 5 star loved it !!!! Loved everything about it the pool area, the brunch and the staff . Very clean with excellent service.

Clean and comfortable hotel

The hotel felt luxurious. The room was clean and spacious. I liked how the shower has two heads, standard and "rain like". There were two minor issues with the bathroom. The bathroom door was the sliding glass type, it did not stay fully closed, meaning it slides open by itself. The shower faucet handle was loose and actually slid off.

I was very disappointed that my last day I was woken up by construction around 8:00 AM. I worked late the night before and had a full day planned with my kids before driving back 3 hours back home. The hotel only reimbursed me $50 for parking as a compensation for the noise. It obviously left me annoyed and restless for the rest of the day.

great location

Pros: The location, the restaurants within, the steak one was amazing!
Cons: the minibar that could be included
Location: the location is great, the beaches nearby are breath taking, la Jolla is definately the best spot in san diego!
very convenient, a shopping center within a walking distance, trader Joe, starbucks, banks etc ... anything you might need is within your reach. The room is great, the only thing missing is a minibar, we could not have our water chilled nor was the available ones in the room.

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff

Cons: Breakfast was included for 2 adults...but it was buffet style and seemed cold. Needs to be hot so you don't get a cold meal.
great hotel and staff to stay at a little bit pricey but well worth it. breakfast was included for two adults however they didn't keep it warm enough so by the time you got up there as they were serving a buffet-style it was already cold. only other thing is they should have had some kind of a breakfast special for children so you didn't have to pay extra. great location in La Jolla and close enough to San Diego and the zoo.

I big and nice hotel but not friendly atmosphere

I booked the hotel for free breakfast but unfortunately they only gave me 2 adults free. They said my kids are not free. I ended up paying more than 50 bucks just for 3 kids for breakfast. It was so expensive. And I have to pay $25 bucks each night for the parking. So disappointed.
