Our first room smelled so strongly of cleaning fluids, we requested a different one. Our new room seemed fine initially; unfortunately, the mattress was not very new. The mattress seemed fine at first, but after a while, I could feel the springs in my back, and a definitive dip in the center of the mattress. The following day, in response to my feedback, I was told that all of the mattresses were the same age. So, staff tried to accommodate by rotating the mattress, and placing a board underneath, but it didn't seem any different. We ended up switching rooms to what we thought was a more solid mattress, but it was just as bad as the first one. My back was so sore each day after our stay, I would definitely not stay here again.
