Nice hotel close to Balboa Park and the HillcrestPosted Oct 17, 2015
Pros: I like the size of the studio with full kitchen and walk in closet.
Cons: Would be nice if there was a pool.
A very nice hotel with an older style that has been well maintained.

A Unique Stay in an Offbeat LocationPosted Oct 10, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness and unique decorating.
Cons: Bag check was awkward.
Location: The location left little to do by walking, but the Zoo and Balboa Park Museums are within a few minutes drive.
This was an incredibly clean boutique hotel. It was far better than I imagined. The studio rooms were spacious and cute. Keep in mind that this is a timeshare so the kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and tableware, but daily complete cleaning of your room is not an option. They do take care of trash and towels in a timely manner. What may be lacking in housekeeping is overcome by the helpful staff. You have the feeling of owning the timeshare without the commitment. The location is right across the street from the beautiful Balboa Park but shopping other than the adjacent 7 eleven and restaurants within walking distance don't exist. This only downfall was easily solved by a couple of $7.00 Uber rides and well worth it. I can't wait for our next stay in one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to.

Roof Top views amazing!!!Posted Aug 2, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed for our Daughter's wedding. Inn at the Park was just a couple of minutes away. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The roof top views were amazing.

Great, but a concern..Posted Jul 14, 2015 on Hotels
Would have gotten 5's across the board, but when the power went out in the neighborhood for about 12 hours, was troubled by the fact that there was no functioning emergency lighting in hallways, etc. Staff put out glowrods and lanterns, but that can't be up to code!

Uma grata surpresa!Posted Jun 25, 2015 on Hotels
Quarto espaçoso, confortável, moderno, bem decorado, com cozinha funcional e bem equipada. Boa localização perto do Balboa Park, com serviço de manobrista e funcionários atenciosos. Excelente custo x benefício!

Liked old hotel before remodel to timesharePosted Jun 8, 2015
Mostly timeshare resort with weekly housekeeping. Tiny gym. Wonderful top floor largely devoted to time share staff sales offices. Concierge staff unfamiliar with neighborhood restaurants; tried to send me downtown to eat.

Close to balboa parkPosted May 18, 2015
This was our second time. However it has gone downhill since Wyndam took over. There is no breakfast included or housekeeping which was included last time which was a year and a half ago. Terrible concierge advise. They are only concerned about selling you a timeshare. Nice property if you get it a good price. We did not think we got value for what we paid.

Would definitely stay againPosted May 16, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel was very good overall. It was in a very convenient neighborhood for visiting the San Diego Zoo in Balboa Park and all the museums there. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. In fact, we only rented a car for a day to visit the Safari Park in Escondido. Transit isn't all that frequent, but it's passable if you plan ahead. The studio apartment was very clean and spacious. There's a little kitchen, but we only used the fridge. Also, a coin operated self-service washing machine and dryer in the basement. The only thing we didn't like too much was the constant pitch to attend one of their sales seminars.

Bien, mais...Posted May 13, 2015 on Hotels
