The restroom floor was sticky. I did not even want to take off shoes. Shower looked dirty. Did not want to shower. Because of that we slept doubting if the bedding was clean. Bed was comfortable. Seems like maintenance people are either under paid or rushed as there is no finishing in the painting and cocking. For what i paid i don't expect a 5 star hotel, but neither a dirty room. It is uncomfortable to hear everything from both of the rooms at both extremities. You know they are hearing you as well. I will never come back to this place.

It is a pretty dumpy location. The toilet seat moves when you sit on it. The tv remote doesn't work. I couldn't turn off the TV with the remote for the longest time. The location is right next to the busy freeway, which was super loud. It was hard to sleep.

The property is dated as most motels are these days and it's not easy renovating I'm sure, but the shower was a mess from dirty stains I didn't even want to use it. Also, I know you can't stop people from smoking but the guests that were there during my stay were so inconsiderate and appeared to be smoking inside the rooms in the bathrooms as my bathroom smelled of smoke.

Shower only being either cold or scathing hot, rusted bathroom sink, no cleaning service for 3 days (and when that day came, no cleaning was done but replacement of towels and toiletries - bed remained unmade and the counters were never wiped nor floors vacuumed). Dirty tub and spots of old liquid against that bathroom door - will never stay here again no matter how convenient the location may be. We had 2 kids as well and there were a lot of shady ppl around the parking lot each night we returned. For the amount our rooms costs, it should have been at least clean!!

Rusty sink, shower can either be scathing hot or cold only, bathroom door was dirty with signs of splatter, staff stated they only clean every 3 days (which they did not at all except removed trash, replaced a couple of towels and toiletries). Didn’t make the beds or do any cleaning at all. Lots of shady people around the property. For the price we paid, it was pretty awful.

Arrived for Reservation at Comfort Inn, to find Quality Inn.
Then the office was locked with Message saying they will return at 7:25 PM, helping other guests. Yet was clear they were on dinner break.
Also had a sign on the door saying they were under Fire Watch due to broke items.
Next had a guy walking around the building over and over again yet not an employee.
Next, a Sheriff arrived questioning the man walking around and then going to the back of the building for awhile.
Office opened late and everything was very off putting with the multiple issues. My Female Friend felt very uncomfortable. Being in Multi-Family Housing Industry, this was not comforting to Myself as well.
Took an hour on the phone with Hotels.com to get the reservation that we had just made an hour before arriving, to be canceled and refunded.
Ease of checking in. Clean spacious room. Not quiet, highway traffic noise.

First room water wasn’t turned on in toilet when turned on it leaked on floor so asked for another room second room TV would not turn on third room when I went to turn off TV would not turn off could not unplug it wires and cord were all in wall. Had to put 2 towels and my shirt over it to darken room thankful the mute work. Shower was very disappointing definitely need a new shower head. I have stayed at a lot of Quality Inns and have been very happy this was one was very disappointing. Smelled bad
We needed a local spot to sleep at while our house was fumigated and this worked out very well.
The room was bright, neat, and very clean. The beds were very soft and surprisingly warm. On the east side, it wasn't very noisy despite closeness to freeway.
One note that should be said: the parking spaces are very narrow. In my small sedan, I had less than a foot on either side in a compact spot. Luckily it wasn't too busy, so there were plenty of spaces but I could see it being a pain in busier times.

This was horrible. First it was noisy & dirty. We booked the room for 4 nights. We made it thru the 1st night. The 2nd afternoon the front desk clerk came to the room & started pounding on the door screaming that he was having an inspection & we had to pack up & leave the room immediately. We were floored. We hadn't done anything. He then proceeded to call the police. They came & we had already packed the car.Police left without issue. He did refund our money for 3 nights but he was completely out of hand. DO NOT STAY at this hotel.

Upon arriving I had to wait to check in for 30 because they were out to lunch at 630 pm. Once u got to my room, I notice there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The connecting door to the next room did NOT LOCK so I placed two Ottomans in front of the door so no one can come in. I didn’t feel safe. The remote on for the tv wasn’t working properly I had to turn on the tv from the actual tv. And their wee buttons missing from the remote.
