had to call desk for towels, not replaced after last guest, coffee machine still had remains of prior user, TV not working second night, refrigerator defrosted but water not removed, heavy odor. Breakfast food...eggs and sausage not even warm as heat not turned on first AM. If this is what Expedia recommends, I doubt if will use again. Defintely not staying at Quality Inns. A. Feicco

Close to a mall, freeway, legoland

Front desk was helpful. Housekeepers needs to do a better job in cleaning rooms.

Nice hotel, close to almost everythings

This is my 2nd time to stay in this hotel. Almost close to everythings...beach, mall, dining.....etc. Easy access to freeway as well.

Protein on the bfast buffet noisy room

Pros: Room was older but nice; good value with the the breakfast.
Cons: I don't know how the rooms the first floor could be sound-proofed.
Bfast buffet with scramb eggs and sausage. Get a 2nd floor room. First floor can hear every movement from above. Halls are cavernous and carry noise like a canyon.

Staff was friendly and prompt during check in. Though the cleaning staff forgot there cleaning supplies and dirty rags in the hotel bathroom. The breakfast was not quality food, I recommend not eating there.

You get what you pay for

Overall my stay was not too bad. We were looking for a somewhat cheap place to stay and got what we paid for. We stayed for a total of four nights. The first room we received had a rather disgusting mold smell and and when we turned on the A/c it only got worse. It became unbearable and after looking further into it, there was mold on the curtains, and lots of it. We re-located to another room and did not experience any mold however the A/c didn't exactly smell the greatest when turned on so we kept it off. Further more, these card keys are something else. We had to get our keys coded at LEAST once a day because they would stop working. Last but not least, breakfast. It was alright, for being free I didn't expect much. I recommend not using the syrup. Very very very disgusting. Even the children and parents at another table found the syrup in bearable so I knew it wasn't just me.

My husband made a mistake by booking our stay here. The hotel smells bad as you walk in and there really isn't anything nearby to go to. We would've left but our stay was non-refundable so we stayed overnight then left.

Could have been better.

Basic room needs were met. The room had a musty smell when I left the AC on while I was out for a few hours. I found a hair in my bed and the morning breakfast is not very good. There was no bottled water in the machine. I would hesitate to stay here again. if was just OK and I'm thankful we were only here one night.
