Hotel staff was decent, hotel was not!

At check in the hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable. At check out there was a trainee on her own and she couldn't resolve my issue. I was charged by Expedia but the Ramada also charged me $100. She said I would be refunded the $100 so I guess I have to wait 3-7 business days for that to show back up in my account! The hotel was run down. Couch was ripped, stove was falling apart, a/c units were loud, shower curtains were torn and falling apart, walls were dirty, hallways were dirty, parking lot was dirty. When I booked the room I noted there would be 2 adults and 2 children but there were not enough pillows and blankets when we arrived. Pillows were cheap and flat and the bed was old and stiff, as well as the sofa bed. The ice machine on the second floor was disgusting!!! There was water residue all over the machine. The air filter had a sign "replace every two months" but it looked liked it hadn't been replaced in a year!! The ice came out with dirt in it!!!
There were cobwebs and dust all over the outside of the hotel... I will never stay at this Ramada again nor will I recommend it to any friends of family!!! Worst hotel I've ever been to!!!
