Unexpected

I asked for a king room, I got a double. Was told that you don't get to pick when you book through Expedia. The bed was so so , the room was smallish for two full beds. The cleaners did not refresh coffee or any new towels. I was charged a 100 on my debit without letting me know, they just told me they just need to have my card on file, but when I checked it was 100 placed on hold. Other than that the location and area was good. The stay was overall good.

Highly priced amenities

Pros: The staff was friendly and the hotel was located close to many shops and restaurants.
Cons: The price for parking and internet fees was too high. I found their beds to be small and uncomfortable. The prices in the restaurant are too high.
Location: Located close to the mall and coffee shops.
I found the beds to be small and uncomfortable. The resort charges $28 a day parking per day and their parking garage is cramped. We had to park in their parking garage on the upper floor because the parking stalls were too small for our full size vehicle and many people had taken up more than one stall parking. The resort charges $16.95 per day for internet which i was not able to log into at all during my 2 day stay. On a positive note my room was ready before check in and I was allowed to check in before check in time.

Not a recommended hotel.

The staff are nice. The hotel is out-dated and not clean. Not worth of the money you pay at all. Room cleaness is not acceltable. We also noticed insects inside our room.

Close to Scrips Hospital

Parking availability for handicapped confusing.Room was ready but smelled musty all during 2 day stay. No robes,not enough soap, no hotel facilities guide, fuzzy TV pics on some channels, the most DANGEROUS bathtub/shower I have ever encountered (slick bottom, no skid mat, one grab bar hidden behind curtain, slippery floor when exiting tub) stains in grout and around toilet. kIn general happy to check out.

I did not stay because they gave my room away.

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Their policy is to give rooms away from third party booking companies. Not acceptable.
I chose this hotel because my client is in the building across the courtyard. I called at 7:00 to tell them I would have a late check in at 10:00. They said they would note that. When I arrived I was told they gave my room away. They booked me at a hotel 10 minutes away, which meant I had to drive in rush hour traffic in the morning to get to my client instead of walking to their building five minutes before my meeting. This hotel is much more expensive than others in the area. I only booked it for convenience. They overbooked and give away rooms from third party booking companies.

Not up to par

Cons: Customer support honoring the hotel policy.
On the second night of my stay, I was woken up by smoke - cigarette and otherwise - entering my room. It was making me very sick, this aside from the detail of expecting a smoke-free accommodation when I reserve one. I called down to the front desk at 3am to inform them and ask that they look into it. They promised to send up security to the adjoining room and to note my account. Moments later, my bills was slipped under my door. I don't believe security came around because I heard no knock on any nearby doors. Next, I smelled the strong odor of perfume as though someone was trying to cover up the smoke. The next morning, I went to the front desk to report it and ask if my account had been noted. It hadn't, and no report made. The attendant offered to reduce my parking charge. This charge is made by the parking company and so doesn't actually hit the hotel at all. They ultimately took no responsibility for my smoky room. Important to note that they do affirm that their property is smoke-free. It is not, and complaints are not evidently not supported.
