Stay was fine. When I checked in I was told to take elevator to 4th floor, cross the hall to north elevators and then go to 2nd floor to get to my room. After 45 minutes trying to find my room I asked an employee who informed me it was in the other tower 3 parking lots away. Other than that the stay was fine

Upon checking in, we were sent to the wrong room and had to pack up our things and switch to a room that no later than an hour later a service man came nocking on our door saying the room needed repairs. Then the morning after the first night, we woke up to no running water. This was a major inconvenience and extremely stressful as we could not get ready for an important meeting that day. Everything else was fine. But not having water, even if out of management's control, for a third of the stay was unacceptable and troublesome.

Unfortunately for us the pool and grounds were being renovated so we had to go over to the sister hotel to swim. Not ideal. Staff were great! Location so close to the airport was perfect.

It took me over 30 minutes to check in. As the room I booked was not the room I was given at first. Going back down to the front desk, they then gave me the room I originally booked with a king size bed. The new room I received is something that you have to go outside of the hotel to access, it is even at a lower level than the parking lot. The parking lot is my balcony view, I am actually staring up at the parking lot as my room sits lower than ground level…Because of this, the room smells very musty. And I cannot forget the only reason I am here is on a staycation, I live less than 10 minutes from this hotel. I booked this stay for a relaxing trip to enjoy the hot tub and the pool as they looked great in the pictures. Upon check-in I am told that the hot tub and the pool in this building does not work. I have to go outside of the hotel and wait for some little trolley car to pick me up and take me to the other side/Other building of the hotel to use their pool and hot tub as only one side is functioning. I wish I would’ve booked a different hotel in the downtown gaslamp area instead.

I booked a reservation for two nights and wasn't told that it had included the overnight parking for each night I was there by the receptionist nor did they bring to my attention that I had two days worth of activities for my stay either. Instead they informed me about the things that were mentioned but failed to mention that I had them.

Loved everything about the property, but was not told the pool area was all closed off and under construction. :( My only let down, otherwise, great hotel!!! Loved the distance from the pier, airport and zoo.

Rooms were nice. Restaurant was poor, pool was closed and no information was given in regards to the closure or alternative options. The resort fee was not discussed at time of check in nor were the activities included with them. $50 self park is excessive. There was limited staff available for any type of assistance

Can tell the property is getting renovated but the floor and room were in poor condition. Asked several times over the days to move with no response. Had to ask 3 times to get fridge replaced as it was not working. The small cart available to take to the other tower and isle restaurants was much appreciated and used.

The shower did not work only hot, hot water. We could not regulate it. Asked front desk what there was to do around the area. He directed me to pamphlets around the corner in the hall. He never mentioned the harbor area or that there was a walking path that we could use to explore, shop, tour and eat! Food was good at the restaurant. No vending machines 20 plus dollars for soda and water, no near available stop and shop. Having to go to the main hotel only to be directed to the one around the corner and waiting for a golf cart ride after a long day of travel, arrived around 2 pm and had to wait until almost 4 to check in.

Didn't like the construction in progress. The restaurant was overpriced with mediocre food. The drapes in the room were broken and very difficult to open/close. A small part of the shower hardware was missing and very, very difficult to properly use.

The hotel was full and severely under staffed. We waited 20 min to have our order taken in the bar and then got the wrong food. It took another half hour to get the bill corrected. The bar staff were completely over whelmed.

I loved this hotel, so much so I stayed an extra night. Only thing I did not like was that the pool area was closed and will probably remain closed from what I was told. They have a bar/restaurant and a cafe that is delicious. The bar was fun once the evening came… Rooms are nice and clean and the view to the marina was beautiful. Will be staying there again in the near future!

The property charges a "Resort fee" on top of the room price, which is already not cheap. However, the swimming pool in that building was in construction - so there was no swimming pool. I didn't use anything besides my room and gym, so I can't understand the fee. I could go to any other place and have a gym and room without this fee. I just was not aware of it, so not going back to this one.

The room was bad. There was no water pressure and maintenance said there was nothing they could do about it. The towels smelled stale and like smoke...they were always gross when we got them. The drawers on our dresser had to be fixed because they kept opening on their own. The air conditioner had to be fixed as well.

This is a beautiful place! Lovely renovations going on and great amenities and restaurants! You almost don’t need to leave! The free golf carts to the places are great! Lovely water views! Great weekend escape or a girls weekend! Loved it!

The facilities are beautiful. Staff very nice and helpful. The store has lots of unique things and and a few food items. We ordered a chip and salsa appetizer and the staff forgot to put in the order. When we got it 30 minutes later, it was stale and cold.

My recent stay at this hotel was satisfactory overall, but there are some notable points to consider. Positives: - it's close to the airport. - There are a good number of towels - Looks safe around. Negatives: - The restroom has only the basics. Shampoo, conditioner and soap. There is NO comb, cotton swabs, toothpaste, etc. The toilet paper is very low quality. What it's fine for a motel or a 2 or 3 star hotels, but I didn't expect that in a 4 or 5 star hotel. - Breakfast is available but need to be paid separately. - Parking fees are not included and must be paid separately on a daily basis. - The functionality of key cards and parking lot sensors was inconsistent, causing inconvenience. I got two cards keys but only one was working. The parking lot sensor is under sensing. It takes a while to it open (the card need to be completely touching the sensor for multiple seconds. Giving the impression it's not working). - it's under remodeling so the main lobby, the pool and multiple common areas are closed. - Housekeeping services were lacking during my stay. No one cleaned the room while I was there. - Witnessing an employee smoking in the stairwell left a negative impression. It's not one of the best impressions you want to leave. summary, while my experience was acceptable, the amenities and service fell short of the standards typically associated with a 4 or 5-star rating. A more accurate classification would be 2 or 3 stars.

Paying $50 a day for parking is exorbitant. If check in is it 4, I expect to be able to check in at 4 unlike was the case. While I understand remodeling comes with certain unavoidable inconveniences, closing both pools at the same time for such seems like pretty poor planning. The restaurants lunch menu was fine but not what I’d expect when eating dinner. Also the options were pretty limited and service was par at best. Room was listed as with marina view but overlooked the parking lot. Beyond that the room was nice
