I did not get the missing tub stopperPosted Oct 2, 2015
I wanted a bath and I couldn't. None of the rooms had a tub stopper. Other than that it was a decent place at a good price.

USA Road TripperPosted Oct 1, 2015
Very nice hotel at an affordable price! The room was immaculately clean and made up. It also had refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker etc. The best hotel for the price on my 4 week road trip across the central and west coast!

DisappointingPosted Sep 15, 2015
Cons: There aren't enough characters to comment.
Location: Three miles from SDSU
The room had no helpful information binders like most hotels do and the front desk person was not only not helpful but sounded like I woke him up and it was only 9:30 pm. One of the beds had sand in it. They say they serve breakfast but I would use that term loosely. The pastries were very stale and outside of the juice that was good, everything else they set out was grim. First and last time I went for "breakfast" and I was there for four days. Good luck finding parking if you arrive after 9 pm. The hotel has tried to squeeze every last inch for parking spaces so you can park in a space meant for a subcompact car or if you have a larger car, take up one and a half spaces...very limited parking for larger vehicles.

You put a $200 hold on my bank account and 3 days after my one day stay you had still not released the hold. In addition, the $200 hold was not made known to me at the time I was booking on line. Please don't do this in the future. It is an inconvenience and embarrassment.

Good hotelPosted Sep 8, 2015
I stayed a couple of nights in August 2015. Overall a very pleasant experience. Room was clean and tidy, if a little dated. Staff were friendly and a free breakfast was a nice bonus. Wifi signal in room was strong. Only con, which they do mention, but I failed to notice when booking, is check in isn't until 4pm. That day, I had been on the road for 7 hours and arrived to the hotel at 2pm. By that stage, I was hot and sweaty, meeting some people at 5pm and just wanted a couple of hours to freshen up and relax. However because of the late check in. I couldn't do that and there was no exceptions to this. That was a little frustrating as all other hotels I have stayed at have check in a lot earlier.

Great hotel for the pricePosted Sep 8, 2015
Very clean looks updated. Staff was xlnt and helpful. Room was nice size. Everything worked perfect. Didn't hear any other guests. Breakfast was just cereal and fruit and pastries and muffins which were all fresh and nicely presented. Was absolutely amazed how nice with an amazing price from Expedia. I'll be back.
